The first time I went to the OP location I was very impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable Kelli was. She answered all my questions and didnt try to upsell me. Kelli is the reason we came back and purchased a bed today from this location. I would highly recommend Kelli Ibarra and the Overland Park Sleep Number store! We cant wait to try out our new Sleep Number bed!

Had a great experience the entire time. The salesman, Chance, was extremely knowledgeable and actually made bed shopping fun. 10/10 would recommend at least checking out this store to see what they can offer before testing beds elsewhere.

They were really helpful they spent about an hour and half on helping us find right bed that will fit our needs. We went in night before but they were going to be closing in half hour and had a couple of people they were waiting on they asked us to come back next night so they could spend more time with us which I appreciated them taking there time and not trying to rush us. Also they did not try pushing us into buying most expensive bed. If there was one negative it would be how long bed takes to receive it has been about three weeks which we knew it would take that long upfront before we bought it.

Chance is awesome. Takes time with you. Store was busy and he was able to keep switching between clients as they tested different settings and beds. Sold us.

Go in and see Chance. Great salesman, he is honest and knowledgeable. We have not got our bed yet, but feel very good about the process

The salesman was professional and knowledgeable, he tried to find the perfect mattress for us and not just the highest priced one that would do what we wanted. He let us make the decision and was only there to answer our questions. Would highly recommend asking for Chance.

My wife and I went here, obviously looking to upgrade our sleeping situation. Chance was who we worked with while we were there. He had all the answers! Very knowledgeable, Very professional and I would recommend visiting this location. The only down-side of this experience was the busyness of the companys intranet. It was very slow and we had to switch computers several times (which wasnt a problem for us, it just added a few extra minutes to our overall experience) And we totally understand the busyness of the weekend and the Labor Day sale starting early! 5-star rating from us! Great overall experience, thank you Chance!

Worked with Joe and he was the perfect associate in every way. He took a lot of time to show us multiple beds and did not pressure us in any way. He is very knowledgeable about the beds and makes sure you are going to get the best possible nights sleep. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a Sleep Number bed. We are very happy with our experience here.

I love my bed! My husband and I bought a sleep number last December and it is the only bed that is customizable foe me. Sometimes I want a soft bed, and other times I want it firm. No other bed can do this!

The store misrepresented the return policy on the mattress when we bought it. They acknowledged this, and said they took responsibility for it. And yet, the company still won’t do right by us. Beware, and steer clear of Sleep Number!
