Simple, fast and hassle free. My wife and I stopped by because we were in the area for our sons Drs Appointment. We were wanting the same mattress we currently have just in a King. After checking multiple stores, NFM, JC Penneys, Macys, etc we found the price to be competitive. We did find it a little cheaper at another store, but the manager was great and willing to price match it for us. We stopped by and ordered it on Wednesday, and it was delivered on Saturday. One of the best furniture buying experiences we have had. Thanks again.

Elizabeth was a tremendous guide helping me find exactly what I wanted in a mattress. They had a variety to choose from in what I was looking for. I did not feel pressured and spent a lot of time trying out the selections. The best part is if I decide this is not the mattress for me they will work with me to get the perfect mattress!

We needed to buy a twin box spring-- a cheap low profit item for most stores. The sales person treated us in a very professional manner. I will definitely shop here the next time that I am looking for mattress related products.

We first stopped at the Belton location which didn’t have the mattress we wanted to try but Beth the sales person there shared her own experiences, good and bad, and was very knowledgeable and helpful in sending us to another store and even took time to make sure the bed was in stock at the warehouse. We ended up at the Overland Park location where John helped us pick the perfect mattress. We ended up buying a different one than we set out for and even saved some money doing it. We purchased the whole package of a mattress, platform, two pillows and a mattress protector. John not only helped us pick the right bed but also the right pillows. He wasn’t pushy, he was very patient and explained why one thing worked better for each of us individually.

Delivery was quick and efficient. I was ready for them and they were in and out.

We were very pleased to visit with someone on the phone regarding our needs for getting a bed for my mother-in-law who was going into a nursing home. Upon arrival at the store, they had several options for us to choose from based on her weight and size (which we would have never taken into consideration). John was very knowledgeable and after telling him of physical problems I was dealing with with my shoulder hip and back he was able to show me mattresses that were going to be firm but also not impinge those areas when I turn to my side to sleep. He also was helpful to make sure that the bed was going to be a similar height to the one that I have which is easy for me to get in and out of. Also, that mattress firm was able to deliver and set up the New bed and haul away the old mattress and box springs was a big factor in me choosing To buy from mattress firm.

This was our second time purchasing from Mattress Firm, and this time reinforced why we will never shop anywhere else! Andrew was our salesperson and he was wonderful. Started us out in their comparison center and determined that we were best suited for the Blue/Personalized section. Andrew did a wonderful job with determining our sleep needs, and we wound up choosing Tempurpedics Rhapsody Breeze model with an adjustable base with the massage functionality.We absolutely LOVE our new bed and have never slept better! My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the adjustable base (we havent slept flat since!). We plan to get our son one for his mattress now that we know how beneficial they are, and that they will work on just about any mattress!Overall, our experience was top notch. Both Andrew and Patrick are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and focused on finding you the RIGHT bed instead of pressuring you to spend the most money possible!I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could!Robert McGee

Incredible experience! - We recently purchased a bed at a different Mattress Firm location. Although our experience wasnt terrible, it wasnt great either. We made a decision to exchange our bed and stopped at this location on a whim. Thank goodness we stopped here! Arthur was an incredible help to us and even corrected a pretty hefty mistake that we didnt know was made at the other location. If you are looking to purchase a great bed at an equally great price stop in here and ask for Arthur. He will absolutely get you taken care of!

I researched mattresses on line, and checked out the Mattress Firm website and saw there was a daily deal. When I visited, the sales rep, Arthur was very helpful. He didnt try to sell me a more expensive mattress, and showed me the mattress I saw online. I got a great deal. Delivery was within 24 hours, and the delivery drivers were polite and considerate. They put a mat down before coming into the house, and covered their shoes. They set up the mattress, and hauled away the old one within minutes. It was a good experience.

Amazing service! Bryan Barner the sales manager we worked with was courteous, friendly and dedicated to helping us. When we bought our mattress (evening) it was set for delivery the next day and arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was raining and the mattress got wet. When I called Bryan he immediately checked the warehouse, found another one and it was redelivered that evening! When we decided that we needed a different mattress a week later, again Bryan handled it immediately.And it has been set up for immediate delivery. Mattress Firm, this location and Bryan deserve high praise. I will certainly purchase from them again!

We had a warranty claim. Angela took great care of us and got us set up with a new one easily. We did have to pay a price difference but we got a better mattress than what we had before.

Ive had my pillow top queen for over a year now and I love it. The salesman advised me to get one that adjusted both the head and foot so I wouldn’t slide down the bed and he was right.

We just bought a Serta I series hybrid from Corbin Park Mattress Firm. We worked with Angie and she was great!
