She went above and beyond what we could have asked for from a designer, and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! We would give way more than 5 stars if we could. We would highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking for help with their home design and furniture selections!!

My beautiful new bookcase/display case was just delivered, and I couldn’t be happier! It looks great, it’s going to add SO MUCH to the look of our library, and the quality is A-1! My design consultant/sales rep, Jeanette Sisario, at the Overland Park, KS location was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and patient, and made every effort to see to it that I’d be happy with my purchase. The guys who delivered it were very professional and apparently VERY STRONG as this is a monumentally heavy item. They took great care to not damage our newly installed hardwood floors or paint job. They were courteous and helpful in assuring the piece was placed exactly as I need it. I am THRILLED with the quality and hope to soon purchase a complementary piece. We worked with Jeannette on ordering a new sectional. We ordered the Allure model with one of the stock fabrics. It is wonderful, so comfortable! Very happy we went with Bassett. And shipping was fairly quick compared to other online sites.

A bit on the pricey side but it does equate to quality built furniture. Sales people at Bassett treated us with respect and with dignity, considering the Mrs and I looked like it was laundry-day today. And that is putting it kindly.Thank you Jeanette, our saleswoman. She took the time to show the build of their recliners, pricing custom of the furniture that would fit our needs, and was very knowledgeable.Based on how we were treated, I wouldnt have any issues sending my friends or anyone else looking for furniture here.

We would highly recommend Bassett Furniture in Overland Park, KS. It has well-made, gorgeous furniture that is artfully arranged with unique accessories to bring it all together. The store design and contents look like a scene from Architectural Digest. This Bassett store is owned and operated by a KC-area family with years of furniture exoerience who stand behind their products. Most importantly the owners and employees are honest, customer-oriented and helpful (but not pushy) people. The store is clean and practices COVID precautions.

Service was fantastic, salesman was very polite and professional. But theres way too much fragrance in the building that was noticeable even through the mask and that made it difficult to breathe and instantlygave me and my wife a headach.

We bought several pieces of furniture a few months ago and we liked them. Not until last week did we notice, the back side of a dresser was busted. The deliver person put it against the wall, the busted area was cover with a plastic bag, and we have never noticed until we tried to move it somewhere else. We can definitely fix but we really concern about the quality of all our furniture from Bassett.

Bassett was great to work with. They helped us pick out pieces that look great in our house and even came out and quickly corrected something that wasnt quite perfect. We will definitely be back and have recommended them to our friends.
