He was eager to help me out, was polite, friendly, and lively during our conversation. Although we experienced some difficulties in getting the phone to activate properly Khaled did it at all with a smile. One of the best boost mobile managers Ive had the pleasure of doing business with, and I recommend this location to anyone in the Oak Park Mall area.

Im just giving 1 star because of unethical nature of the store. I called ahead of time to make a purchase before I came for an offer. Once I arrived the store guy was like insurance is mandatory. This is unethical and not in the terms arlnd conditions of boost Mobile policy

I showed up at this store three times now when it opens but no one is ever here! i always have to wait like 15 minutes for them to show up to work! i also paid for months service and they didnt even activate it until 4 days later. Terrible service.
