Had a GREAT experience with Darius. My sister and I both went in to purchase new phones and switch from our old cellular provider. T-Mobile was amazing. Every employee was there to help, you walked through the door and were immediately greeted. When it started to get busy, the associates took the customers name and gave them an estimate on their wait. Very professional and knowledgeable. Im looking forward to a long relationship with T-mobile.

We went to the store . A lady was helping us and then another customer came in, she just walked away from us and never helped us. She just walked away to help the other people. She was rude.

The dude with the long hair is extremely rude. I’m not even being helped yet which is fine but this elderly lady needed help with whatever was happening to her phone and her service and he is giving her so much attitude. The customers in the store (including me) are in shock while listening to him. She asking him questions and he keeps having attitude with her. Knowing elderly people already don’t handle technology that we’ll just because you know... but still treat them right. I hope he doesn’t give me attitude when he helps me.

Came in totally in the dark.....this location took over and had every answer. Patience and speed describes this t-mobil location. Staff was incredibly helpful and I walked out fully up and running. Had all the accessories in stock and offered to assemble for me. If youre like me, impatient and want things now, this store is a dream!!

As a store that basically thrives on technology, their system for a virtual like feels similar to how frustrating the DMV is. We got texts that we were next in line and when we went it we found out they were wrong after waiting for an hour. When asking about it, the staff didnt seem to understand the frustration. We were just told we had to wait longer, which I understand, but theres a way to say that with good customer service. There really should have been something on their page about appointments are preferred or taken even. I didnt see anywhere that appointments could be made. I spent so much of my afternoon there, it was so frustrating.Once we were helped, the guy helping us was super nice! He knew a lot about the phones and did a good job of juggling everything that was going on in the store. He was really informative and very helpful while making a decision. He understood budgets and was really helpful on the financial side of things. Working with him was a really good experience, its why theres 3 stars instead of 1.

Kyle was a great help. He changed our plan, upgraded my daughters phone and she purchased a watch, this was a breeze for him and I was in shock how fast it was. Plus, he just helped us no pressure to buy or change anything. He gave us the facts and the options for us that would be a good fit for us. My bill is just a smig bigger but worth it! KYLE is AMAZING! Helped us switch from Sprint pricing over to TMobile. Was spending more on 3 lines, than the 6 we have now with Tmobile! Gave us excellent service, even cutting into his lunch break! Super helpful, really put our needs and wants first, helping us get the most for our budget!!!! I really can go on and on about how professional and for the customers HE IS!

This location is the worst T-Mobile location I’ve ever been/spoke to. I just received my new phone in the mail and called this store to see if they would be able to assist with transferring the data from my old phone to my new phone, in which I was told they were “unable to help with this due to COVID” and then was told that they could “start the process but couldn’t finish the process due to COVID.” I understand each business has different regulations and rules regarding COVID, however, after calling other T-Mobile stores they said they were more than happy to assist with transferring from START TO FINISH. This specific location has always had sarcastic, rude employees. I definitely will not call or return to this location.

KC locations never seem to have the phone I want in stock, and the accessories they try to upsell are overpriced :( but I have to say, the customer service at this location is what makes it the store to go to when you need in-person service. The manager Bradley is knowledgeable and friendly.

Delaney was absolutely awesome to work with as well as the manager, Bradley. They spent about a half hour with a calculator and searched for every possible way to save me money by switching from my current provider. Though I did not make the decision today, I will more than likely be pulling the trigger in a couple of days from today when Delaney works again. The employees need a lot of training and dont know a thing. I took a Verizon phone - Verizon phones are unlocked from the factory - and he (I didnt ask for his name) told me it wouldnt work with T-Mobile. Get better employees.

I get good service with my phone. I only have to pay about 40 plus tax monthly which is nice for me. Im not paying 100+ dollars on just a cell phone. Im glad they can provide me with service that is a decent price. The people there are pretty nice but they are sort of pushy sales people and I dont like that. They do not answer direct questions when you are trying to buy a new cell phone. They make it all sound confusing and do not make things clear when speaking to customers. Its like they expect you to know technical stuff and they start speaking to you too fast and they need to speak like normal people instead of fast paced robots. But eh... Some people like that. I dont.

For some reason their night crew is either uneducated on how their company runs, enjoys lying trying to make a sale, or they just arent actually capable of reading. But the last 4 times Ive been in here after work the team has just outright lied, either that or the day crew does. Either way being quoted 3 different prices for the exact same phone. Super helpful!!!....... NOT.

To those of you who are considering going to spectrum mobile service stop and dont not past GO. after the full court press from spectrum i switched my service with t-mobile of 12 years and i lived a nightmare ever since! The treatmenr and disrespect from there costumer service department on multiple occasions was criminal! And i couldnt get back to tmobile quick enough. The management and staff at 91st and metcalf welcomed me back gave me a wonderful new plan and took care of business with courtesy and respect. Because of the way i was treated at spectrum im also dropping my cable service with them which ive had for 20 years. Bradley the manager has a great staff Iverson, Darius, and kyle were so patient and helped get out of the mess i was in. All of them were so kind if i was rich i would be every one of those gentleman a car for christmas thank you 91st and metcalf!

I really dont understand the negative reviews for this location.I have had T-Mobile service for over ten years, and since this location opened I have always received top notch service. This cannot be said for other locations I have been to.They sales people here have always been straight forward with me, and have never sold me defective merchandise. As for being denied service, you cannot blame a sales rep because YOUR credit was denied by T-Mobile. That is hardly the salespersons fault that you do not pay your bills on time, you can only look to yourself for those problems.This store is clean and well kept. The staff is very nice and professional, and they always have what I need in stock, and the ONE time they didnt, they offered to purchase it online for me, and have it shipped to my home.All in all, I have always had a pleasant expeience here.

DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!!!I went into the store on 91st and Metcalf to have my phone SIM transferred and upgraded due to poor performance and the sales manager wanted to charge me for it even though I had spoken with customer service about the upgrade being complimentary. Bradley made it clear that it was something that he was capable of doing but not willing to do for me. I wasted my luch break to sit in line and be denied simple service! I contacted customer support again and they made an additional note to my file requesting that my problem be taken care of with no charge. I then returned to the store to have the upgrade.The sales manager Bradley saw me walking in again and apparently informed the clerks that they were not to provide me the $15 card with out payment. I was offered help by a new clerk and before I could even finish telling her what I needed done she told me that it would still cost me money today. She did not even bother to pull up my account to review any notes and truly had no idea who she was even helping as I hadnt given her my name or number.I feel very strongly that this branch needs to be retrained, restructured or shut down. I feel that I was discriminated against and that the manager, Bradley, was clearly enjoying what little power he had to do NOTHING.I then contacted TMOBILE for a third time and was directed to the store in Mission where Maxwell was more than happy to help me and solved my problem very quickly. Take your business to mission! Those guys are great! They are well staffed and engage you as soon you come in and clearly know their stuff and are happy to be in customer service.
