This neighborhood Walmart never lets me down. It always has something that I need. Just the basics but thats enough.

I will say this- Ive never had a problem with Wal-Mart (at this location) I did however find the cashier was kinda cocky as I asked for dates. All in all, its a great staff- this location is closer to us,and all medications sent over from wherever they will get it done!

My hero! Always find what I need at a fair price; the staff is friendly and helpful. Produce is fresh and healthy as is the meat and dairy. Love this place!

Slightly disappointed I was told by one associate to ask another when I asked for help.Thats a big no-no.It was a leader who told me that.I am very hard to displease and the associate was nice, but that interaction left me feeling unimportant and bothersome to the employee...Other than that, the store is seemingly well stocked and everyone who works there always generally has a great attitude.This specific incident was at the electronics department and I had only asked for assistance to open the glass door for a $5 item of which the associate (who was busy) finally helped me three minutes after the other associate left me to ask for help again. And once I did, it only took 15 seconds...see where Im going with this?Corporate Walmart: I worked for Home Depot several years ago. Store policy was that we could not abandon a customer until they were helped.Take a look and see if this is something you can incorporate into your team leader training.

I real grocery store not like other Walmart markets. Store layout is actually logical and finding stuff is easy once you learn the store. Mostly helpful staff. (The younger ones need some work, but thats just an age thing)

I havent been in this store in over 2 years. I didnt know that it is all self-serve check out stands. The check out stands are small and not a good idea for the older generation.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE having this market so close to the neighborhood!!!! So many times we need just a couple of items and dont want the hassle of going to a farther yet bigger store as its not really necessary with the Market so handy. Also having the gas pumps with reasonably priced gas is also a HUGE plus!! How many times have we driven home only to realize your gas lights on! The Markets gas is also handy when you need to fill a gas can for your outdoor equipment and you dont want to tote a full stinky can in the van for miles!! Now you can pop over, get gas and return home in less than 1mile round trip!! Thanks Walmart for making things just a little easier!!

Its usually not busy and people are pretty good

Usually well stocked and they have a good selection on most items.I would love to see some check out lanes with a cashier. Not everyone enjoys self-check out. If I have a big shopping list, I generally go somewhere else to avoid the hassle of trying to self check while loading and uploading the cart with limited work space.

They have gone to only self check outs but they still have better prices on most items we need to get without having to go to a bigger Walmart that you have to walk like 5 acres to gather everything you need before making it up to b th we checkouts. I prefer the smaller stores. But some items I have to go to the bigger store. I like the convenience of the smaller store. Plus its much closer to get there.

Clean store. Friendly employees. Good selection of items.The parking lot can sometimes be difficult to find a spot.

Actually the first time I have ever been to a family market walmart. I was pleasantly surprised good job. Even though it was unfamiliar I was able to find my items and be on my way in minutes.

This place is usually busy and sometimes has a very long line for their self-service check out, but the staff is usually in a pretty decent mood and is helpful. It can be hard to navigate around all the extra pallets of back stock products strewn about the floor between the aisles.

Not as crowded as Walmart and decent selection for its smaller size.

They change all the checkouts and I mean all of their checkouts are self checkout and if you want to write a check its hard to do that how to self checkout I had to go over to the service counter to get checked out the register was not working appreciate already scanned everything so I had to rescan everything on a different register at the service counter from what I understand I guess they were their power was out for a couple of hours earlier but regardless I dont like the fact they put only self checkouts no registers with a human being it stinks

Very clean store. I like that they have self checkout but they have tons of help up front if you need any. I saw at least 6 workers up in the register area.

Used to like shopping here due to prices and wide variety of items. Now they have rearranged the whole checkout area and made it all self checkout. Seeing that we only get groceries once every 2 weeks, we have a lot of stuff to checkout. It is a pain using the self checkouts with a bunch of groceries. At least they could do like aldis and have spare carts to load bagged groceries in, but no, you just keep piling bags up on counter until your cart is empty. Guess well just start going back to reasors where they still have checkers and not just a bunch of employees standing around telling people how to do their job.

Make me scan my owe groceries then make me stand and wait until someone can review video because I may have not scanned something only to find out I did. Yup that is the last time I go to wal-mart

At the store its now a must to check your own groceries not even one place where they have somebody to do it for you

This place is so convenient. Its right up the street from our house and we pop in a couple times a week for that one missing item for a recipe.The store is well stocked and clean. Its easy to find everything you are looking for.The staff is is nothing short of awesome. On two separate occasions we have accidentally dropped glass jars and they have been so understanding and comforting. I cant say how much I appreciate that.We love this store!

Its absolutely atrocious that they have removed all cashiers and replaced them with self check out machines. Not only did they take away jobs, now you have to wait 10 minutes to get someone over to the machine in order to purchase anything that requires a person to be 18 or older. You still pay the same price for the products, now you have to scan and bag them as well. Seems like Walmart is all about money and screw the people.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been in. You can barely get through the aisles because of all the stacks of items to be put up. Most I have been in do this after hours. I avoid this one as much as possible even though its the closest to my house. I shop Reasors and Sprouts, so much more inviting.

The Market is great. We need one on the north side of Claremore.

I dont have to walk1/4 mi. to get in th store theres alway a place good to park at and everybody is nice an helpfull its clean and feels safe .I like finding what I need easily without walking forever to find it. And I feel Safe inside .A everyone is not up tight .The prices are good for what I get. I am verry thankfull its close to home. And theres plenty of room in the isles. Thankx, Joyce Marshall

This WalMart used to be so nice, friendly, and conveinant, but it has steadily gone downhill as of late. The aisles seem narrower than other WalMarts, probably because there are those huge curbside pickup carts parked in most of them. There are pallets of product along the ends of the aisles, along with piles of empty boxes. Why dont they stock after midnight anymore, or after the 8:30 closing for Covid hours? It doesnt make sense. They used to have a nice mixture of cashiers and self checkout lanes, but they have done away with humans and are entirely self service now. Youd figure that since they make 4billion per quarter they could hire a few cashiers, which is the only way to go if you have a lot of groceries! The self checkout kiosks are just not set up for large amounts of groceries. After you scan, theres only a 24 square inch area to try to set a whole carts worth of stuff in, so you end up putting your bagged groceries on top of the stuff you havent paid for yet---unless you first unload your cart to a belt, then bag it up and place back into the cart. I feel like I should be paid $10.00 for having to work doing their job. I never use Self Service kiosks because I feel like Im screwing someone out of a job by doing so. I wont be doing any large shopping there anymore.

I hate bagging my own groceries. This used to be such a nice store.

This Wal mart has an actual wal mart gas station best gas prices around.

This store had the chips in stock that my supercenter store didnt. I was happy and bought a few bags.

The Staff is always supper friendly and willing to help!!! A big plus is they always keep the store very clean!!!

A girl named Marla helped me over the phone regarding the Gas Station out front and she was happy and helpful! She was FANTASTIC!!!!

Not a bad place. Prices are good. I just dont care fir the warehouse type atmosphere so I only gave it 4 stars. I do buy my gasoline there because they always have a good price and its easy in and out.

I like to go to the neighborhood markets when I just need to get groceries. Its the only place I can find this cinnamon tea that I like. They dont have many people work in the checkout you are kind of expected to do self checkout which I dont mind. Overall its a good experience every time we go

I like having a Walmart by my home... the store is clean and stocked but I dont like checking myself out exsepcaily when Ive spent over 100.00 dollars so I dont shop Walmart as much.

Its a neighborhood mkt, nothing exciting to say. I like this one because its not as crowded as owasso Walmart.

My neighborhood grocery. I am here like 6 times a week or more. Always clean with clean bathrooms & dry baskets. Small so its super quick in & out but less common items, ponzu sauce for example, may not be available.

It seems that ever since pickup started the shelf stocking has gone by the wayside. Shelves are always empty, despite the aisles being crammed so close and pallets in the walkways. It was a good store when it opened, now it just keeps going downhill.

The pharmacy people were very professional and courteous.

What is the deal with all self checkouts!? I avoid this place at peak hours so I dont have to watch people fumble around scanning a full cart of groceries.

The managers are really rude to people to employees ive heard them talk to them like dogs they constantly follow u if your a minority half the stuff is empty but thats probably due to the outbreak

Had to go to this store because I could not get into Reasors with the road construction. Cheaper price by a few pennies on the same product I was looking for at Reasors but that will not make me come here regularly.

I greatly appreciate having the Neighborhood Market so handy and close. I shop there almost exclusively for my groceries. However, they seem to have a problem keeping things in stock.This past week I have been there THREE times looking for bananas. Not one could be found in the store.Seems amazing to me that the purchasing agent would be better able to anticipate the stock required and have it on hand.Sometimes its the same with cottage cheese. Not one container of any brand. Just a big empty hole where they should be.Come on, Walmart, you can do better than this!

They got rid of all the humans. I was never trained to bag my groceries and I dont get paid from Walmart for checking myself out.

This is a great place to shop. I was in there, looking for an all purpose cleaner and I had looked the aisle over several times. After looking for several minutes, I was approached by an associate named Jared, he found it and I was on my way. Jared saved the day. Great guy, very professional. Very helpful.

Switched to all SELF check out. I will shop somewhere else.

Picked up my online order.. No problems. Filled up the gas tank on my way out.

Clean store and friendly staff. The pickup works as it should and makes it very good for families with little kids.They have a good deli and bakery. Their pharmacy has a drive thru which is very convienant as well.They have a very good selection of the items that you need for fast trips to the store and the footprint is small enough you can get in and out quickly.

I used the pickup option for the first time today. It was really easy to use the app. The pick-up time was very convenient. Eric was the employee who brought the order to my car. He was very friendly and efficient!

I like this location because you can get in and out. I mean I would come here than go to the big Walmart if I know they had what I needed here. This location is easy to park and get in and out. The big Walmart is hard to park and traffic is a nightmare. This location has most of what you need for a market store. They seemed to be stocked well for the most part. I know what they carry and dont at this point so I get in and out quickly. The pickup is nice touch to.

We picked up our groceries in a timely manner and Cody was very accommodating and helpful while I was debating on a substitution. They even got a Mothers Day goodie bag for us with some awesome products!

Ive been to this location a couple of times and every time its clean and the staff is friendly. Has everything that a regular Walmart grocery has but gives you the small-town feel. Love this Neighborhood Walmart grocery.

Our Walmart Neighborhood Market is a great place to do business. Much unlike Walmart the big store you do not have to stand in line. It is well stocked, clean and organized. Two thumbs up and 10 out of 10.

They need a station for real people to check you out!
