The staff is willing to help get the best price by using my insurance + coupons. I appreciate all the hard work they do to insure quality and getting my prescriptions right.

My family has filled our prescription requirements at this pharmacy in Owasso for over 12 years.... The staff is very professional and helpful with all our prescription needs. They have been great at contacting me should any issues develop in processing our orders and certainly have gone that extra distance to be as helpful as possible. Keep up the Great Job !!!

My fiancé went in to fill a prescription for our newborn who just got out of the NICU, the staff made a spectacle about it saying its over the counter and they didnt know why they even gave us a prescription. We were wanting to see if insurance would cover it because they sometimes cover over the counter medications but they refused to even check. I do not appreciate their attitudes and how they were less than helpful in filling or even finding the item in the store for us to purchase. They really need to work on their customer service and maybe consider not trying to humiliate their customers. So sorry we came in and asked for you to do your job.

Horrible customer service at this Walmart. Rude incompetent employees, worth the drive to go to any other Walmart
