My go to store for shopping and to buy electronics. For me it has been televisions, cell phones and surround sound speakers. I do plan on shopping here as well as a few other places soon for kitchen appliances. Today I returned an item, unopened, that I purchased 3 days ago. A television that had options that I didnt realize at the time that I could not use. The return process was as pleasant as when I bought the item. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional in understanding my return. Quick process and I was able to find what would work for me in the long term.

I was shopping for a TV. Looked at several TV online and discount stores. Went to Best Buy and Jared, the sales accociate, was extremely helpful, answering every question I had. Jared was not pushy but very informative. Needless to say, I purchased a TV from him.

Very helpful. AT&T locked my phone saying I needed to upgrade. My phone is 4G. Teck had to talk to AT&T for 30 minutes to get it sorted out.

Add great experience with the person helping me buy a Wi-Fi extender but I tried to call because I live 60 miles away 60 miles away to find out if they found my leather glove but the store apparently does not take calls and it goes to a corporate Call service and person that answer said they cannot contact the store for me. most stupidest thing Ive ever heard in my life. They told me to drive back to the store and ask someone

Excellent experience and product selection. I was able to go in, be pointed in the right direction by the friendly employees, found the exact item I was looking for - and, on top of that, it was an excellent price. You couldnt ask for a better experience. The selection was a bit lean, but thats to be expected when the prices are so great in comparison to others thatre identical. Plus, with it being local - no wait time.

When I asked for assistance at the desk, the man there told me that I would be assisted by the clerk who was helping another customer. I waited about 10 minutes, then saw that the man I had originally approached was helping someone else who came in after me. The other clerk was still with her other customers. We were all shopping for computers. I have to admit to getting rather angry, but I didnt say anything, just left the store. Perhaps there was a good reason for my being made to wait, but I cant see it. I will be buying a computer elsewhere.

The first sales representative tried to push his choice rather than help us with the choice we made before entering the store. We ended up with a second representative that was very helpful and actually answered our questions about the best selection of what we wanted. Honestly if we had to keep dealing with the first representative, we would have left and gone somewhere else.

Ordered a $1600 MacBook. My receipt said it would be ready in an hour in the Frederica location. After driving there, it wasn’t able to be located. Tried to call and see the next day, and learned the large store does not take phone calls. How ridiculous

Friendly staff for the most part. Locals driving to 5 Below think the parking lot is a time trial for Indy. So be wary. BB prices tend to be a little higher than online, but if you want it today and they actually have it, then its a good place to go.

They overcharged me for an antenna last weekend. However, today when I brought it in to ask to get the difference in price, they helped me out with no problems. The employees at the front door were super friendly and helpful. The return desk was quick. The employees around the rest of the store were friendly as I walked around to browse the goods. 5/5 would recommend 😁

The associates here are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer to do my phone business here than at the corporate store. the associates here seem to be more knowledgeable of the plans offered and more helpful when it comes to the phones.The computer associates have always been able to answer my questions about computers and hardware in a way that I can understand and explain the different terminology to me in plain English.

They seem to be out of stock on just about everything, especially cellphones and outdoor security cameras . Took awhile before anyone asked if I needed assistance, they werent busy at all . I was one of 4 customers. It was maybe 45 minutes after they opened and there were more employees than customers .

Usually has very little traffic since COVID, even though they have reopened to the public. Theyre not keeping near the inventory they used to. There are a lot of bare spots on the shelves.

Had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy. Purchased a PlayStation around the 15th of December. I waited for the pick up date and it came and passed. I called that was when it was explained that they (Best Buy) had not yet filled orders from November. They explained I would not be getting my order by Christmas. That’s ok I will just wait. Until on January 3rd, I got an email that they were canceling my order. It’s all good though, they refunded me and I can just reorder when they drop them again. It just won’t be from Best Buy. Very disappointing from a National retailer.

Way higher prices than anywhere else and the Geek Squad is garbage. If you want to pay over 200 dollars to get a TV delivered and mounted more power to you. Otherwise choose walmart to buy and a local business to mount or install.

Called cause I was having issues with 50” tv I bought 2 mos ago. Don’t bother to contact them over the phone or even online .I was on hold on phone for 30mins and finally hung up. Tried online chat but associate chat said I had to pay to chat with technician ..........well I could not say yes or no to the payment cause she forwarded me to the payment form. I just clicked off! Tv still not working. Will never buy from them again. Can’t even talk to a human person. No stars whatsoever for rating!

Ripped me off on a car stereo. I asked for one specific on display, they got the item for me, it looked exactly like it, so i took it home, installed it, it didnt have any of the features the one on display had. I brought the radio box in, explained the situation, and they said no thats not it, and they will not refund.Thieves, never shopping there again and i highly recommend you dont either

I purchased a smart thermostat and professional install from their geek squad. The person they sent over was clearly intoxicated and claimed they installed the product correctly. This was in December. Now it is April and I attempted to turn on my AC and it did not work.I called a local HVAC company and the technician came out and said that the thermostat was not only installed incorrectly but it was not at all compatible with my system and I would need to get a different thermostat.I have attempted to contact Best Buy to resolve this issue but I have been unable to do so and now I am having to spend more money to make sure my AC system is usable.Don’t ever use Geek Squad!

Came in with questions about my iPhone. Referred to Geek Squad. The kid in front (heftier guy with glasses and bowl cut) was dismissive as I explained my issue with the phone. He proceeded to pretend to look at my phone and told me some bogus price to fix it. I agreed to pay but he looked suddenly frustrated as if he didn’t want my business.Then a white man behind me got perfect customer service while I waited there wondering when my phone was going to get done. His name started with a K or C. I will be calling corporate about this. I haven’t seen a geek squad so completely lazy and unmotivated.DO NOT USE THD GEEK SQUAD HERE. FIRE THE WHOLE CREW. none of them knew what they were doing and talked over me. Unprofessional.

Was shopping for 200 amp inline fuse for my stereo, the first person informed me that they didnt handle car audio parts and that they could order it for me. After finally being able to go in stores again and shop first handed, the second clerk told me they didnt have any fuses or holders, only install kits. So I commented to browse and shop. I found the fuses but no holder, they told me to order it off line. So I got on by BLU9 that I bought at best but and located a fuse holder in stock at my location that the third clerk was able to locate, stood in line to checkout, but at least 5 employees was greeting customers as they entered. Nobody likes being pressured at the door

It used to be that you could go here and have a great customer service experience but not so much anymore. On three different occasions, I had to search for someone to assist me with a possible purchase. Two of those occasions, I was told that the item I wanted was no longer available despite having multiple versions on display. Now I only go there to pick what I want to order from Amazon.

The door man is rude and about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I have purchased multiple times from this store and they always run from you instead of approaching customers who have questions. The deliberately mislead customers to make sales. Absolutely avoid this place like the plague. If you are unsure about what you need they will capitalize on that and have you making an unnecessary purchase.
