Love the service and knowledge of the staff. I am a handyman so i need my parts the day a walk in. they carry a large assortment of parts on hand so i just walk in with the old part and walk out with the new one. Something i cant fix? They can and will. Need a new appliance? Have rows of them at good prices.

Doug Payne helped us find our washer. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was very patient with all of my questions. The prices were very competitive. We were able to take our time and make the right choice for us. We ended up with a GE top load washer. The delivery charge was extremely reasonable. They hooked up the new washer and made sure it ran correctly and hauled away the old one. We are very pleased. We highly recommend Murphy Appliance.

Delivery of the new refrigerator was amazing. The delivery guys were knowledgeable and very courteous. They took their time to make sure everything was working properly.

One of the last appliance stores that services what they sell. This is not only important when you have an inevitable problem but it also means they have an idea of what models have more issues than others when you are deciding what to purchase. Its also just plain easier than trying to get appliances from one of the big box stores.

The staff at Murphy’s is the best. They have always been very helpful and honest with me. They offer advice and service that the big box stores can’t match. I highly recommend shopping here for any appliances.

Ive been there 3 times, did business with them 3 times, had horrible service 3 times. Wrong phone number and address and wrong brand of washer delivered. Wrong wrong wrong. Also theres 1 salesman that absolutely does not acknowledge your presence or offer help. After 3 bad experience with them Im done. Notice how they dont respond to the negative reviews.

Weve dealt with Murphys for years now, as have other family members, and reGARDless of the deals others might offer, we always return to Murphys Appliance. Highly recommended!

My wife and I went here based on a recommendation for service. Our refrigerator went out and we needed a new one. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Their selection was basically GE (they carry this brand due to their service) and Amana. They were easy to work with and gave my wife a butter holder for our new refrigerator because they do not come with them. They service their own products. We hope that we will not need it.

We just bought a brand new double door fridge, washer, dryer & stove from here. we saved a bundle compared to the big box retailers. Keith and all the staff is so friendly at Murphys. My parents would always buy their appliances from here and I do the same as well. They service what they sell! They even service stuff that u buy from most other stores as well! We are customers for life!

Murphy Appliance Company was recommended to me by a couple people over the usual big box retailers - and I am so glad I went! Our sales associate, Keith, was great in helping to pick out the right oven and cooktop for us and our needs. We even compared pricing with a few of the big box retailers, but Murphys couldnt be beat. In addition, Murphy services their own appliances, which made the deal even sweeter. Ill happily return to Murphy for any future appliance purchases and will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Bought a small freezer for my brother. They were supposed to deliver 2 days later to him, glad i was home they knocked on my door day of delivery. So i had to go to his house to be sure it was delivered properly

We purchased a dishwasher from Murphys because I like shopping local. The dishwasher had to be ordered, which was expected by Christmas. I called to make sure delivery was still on for that date and was told it would be after Christmas. Knowing that I told them I had to have one by Christmas they called around to other vendors and found one for us. They went to Evansville to pick it up and delivery to me at no extra charge. Customer Service a plus!!

I like to shop local when I can, and these guys gave us a much better deal on a whole set of kitchen appliances than any big-box store or other local companies. Highly suggest them, plus they do their own service on appliances.

Atrocious customer service!I called to get a quote and after giving the make of my appliance the rude man gave me an amount. I am hard of hearing so I repeated it back to be sure, he immediately got short with me and yelled no, I said $400! Then he HUNG UP ON ME!!I was stunned, but a few minutes later he called me back and without saying who he was started in on why it wasnt worth replacing my stove top because buying a new one was the same amount (its not).THEN he began to BERATE me on my phone etiquette, justifying why he hung up on me, saying its a one-way conversation and how I should just listen and so on.Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness!Whenever some one asks for a recommendation I will go out of my way to ensure Murphy Appliance in Calgary is not endorsed.

Came in the door and no one was there to help me. Had to walk around over 5 mins to get help. Then they couldnt find the part I ordered, but at least they had it

I failed to give a review from the interaction we had with Murphys awhile back and it was a pleasureable experience! Our refrigerator broke down and we called on. Murphys for servoxe. The compressor was shot and we needed to buy a new one. We got a good deal on a used one from them. About 6 months later we were able to buy a new refrigerator and we got a great deal from Murphys. I have recommend to famy and friends and they have been happy with them as well. Thur have also serviced a washing machine for us. Great service and great prices. We are going there today to shop for a freezer in fact. Shop local and support out businesses in Owensboro!
