My husband and i are first responders we are very pleased with the costumer service that we received from faith Bennett and her boy friend Cody they where very down to earth people and helped us with any problem that we had with our phones they also helped me order my Apple Watch to help receive it sooner than a month or two out… I appreciate everything they helped us with they did everything in a kindly & friendly manner!!! We will keep the business coming
I dont normally review but this deserves to be said. Me and my wife walked in off the street no appointment, within minutes I mean minutes Cody and his girlfriend had not only my issue but my wifes issue resolved and was even able to accommodate a new apple watch witch she really wanted. The professionalism, comfortably and service was outstanding. We are both first responders so our service is important as in lives could depend on us having good service and that is what we got. Ive never had a better experience at ANY AT&T store normally ya feel rushed this experience was so different. I will only deal with Cody and his girlfriend faith for my service needs. If anyone local needs a down to earth rep both are excellent and very knowledgeable they literally are why we stay with AT&T thanks Cody Brumley and Faith you both made a lifetime client.
I highly recommend Cody to help you with your AT&T needs! We were really dreading this visit but he was super personable and knowledgeable and made our experience great. They did not help us at all. Just gave us a phone number to call. We had been paying monthly on a warranty that we were told covers everything all repairs or replacement. They lied to us, as we had to pay 200.00 dollars a replacement. So do not trust what they tell you as they may be lying in order to sell you something for profit to them and if you get a warranty read it carefully as you too might get stuck with a deductible too. So buyer beware is my recommendation to anyone who buys from the AT&T store.

I highly do not recommend at&t on Frederica street. I went in to upgrade my phones and they explained to me that I had to add 2 more lines for the update. That my bill would be cheaper with the promotion. Now I cant upgrade my phone, stuck with 4 lines with 2 people with no one able to help
Store staff was super helpful with an extremely difficult and extremely complex situation caused by AT&T online chat and AT&T phone support. It took quite some time to resolve but they worked diligently and even stayed after hours to help me. Super appreciative of Corey and Chandler for their amazing assistance in something that about made me not want to join AT&T.
If I could give the store a zero I would have. My experience was terrible. I left the store thinking my phone was ready to start using but it was far from that. My phone wasn’t the number I had. It was a different number. It wasn’t set up at all. I spend over an hour with an apple tech but they finally got me on track after being on the phone for a long time. The tech at AT& T was Jennifer S at the Owensboro location. She didn’t know what she was doing. My new phone was all messed up til I and the nice lady at Apple helped me.
Your employee,Stacy. was so helpful and patient and kind. She went above and beyond her duties! She worked w me for along time and set me up and walked me thru the basics as I am a novice w technology. I can’t say enough about her. She made me feel comfortable and made me feel less embarrassed about my inexperience w smart phones. I give her 5 stars!!!!

The owensboro fredica store the staff was lazy, rude and tried to get me to buy an iphone when i wanted to stay with samsung.i will not recommend this store their selection sucks 4 phones to choose from on the samsung side a 20 on the iPhone side what do you say if you want a samsung.
We signed up and waited two hours in the car before we were finally let into the store to buy a phone. It took an hour to buy a phone once we were inside. The man waiting on me was too busy watching everyone else but taking care of me. He must have been new because he kept going to other workers for help. I was wanting to pay for the phone and he kept saying to pay taxes only today! Why would I want to do that? To say the least, I was so frustrated by the time I left. One item he gave me was free but I ended up buying it. I called back later to tell them about it but the manager said he was taking it off and reimbursing me. He sent an e-mail but did not show the reimbursement on the cable cord. I called again and they said it will show in the next billing.
Stacey was excellent. Very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Her manager also helped to arrange for AT & T tv service. We were really very pleased with the service we received

Came and got a hotspot wireless device. Was promised reliable internet but it was junk! Struggled to get 2Mbps. So… I was told i could return within 14 days if not happy. Well go to return the very next day after putting it through its paces at the house. Sir… you’ll have to wait 30-45 minutes as two employees walk around the store doing nothing. Also they want to charge a $55.00 restocking fee! For what something you pulled out of back room. Looks to me AT&T loves to hire GED retards!
Went in to deal with 2 phones. Came back 48 hours later because the problem continued. The lady who got to us after waiting 15 minutes was disrespectful and snarky. Saying she would not do it when it was done already the first time and told us to do it ourselves.
My 1 yr old broke my note 20 the insurance said they couldnt give me a replacement device I went in to the store and Susan spent like 15 minutes looking for the phone I wanted which was note 20 again and she looked and ended up finding 1.. I walked away crying because I figured I wouldnt be able to get the phone I wanted. Susan is an amazing employee. Everyone at this store is amazing! I recommend this store over any other at&t store!!

The older dark haired woman with the Bob hair cut and blue eyes who is their rep is the rudest, most unprofessional ridiculous excuse of an employee I have ever encountered at this store. I do not now or will ever understand how a store striving for success based on customer service sales would even consider employing someone with such an attitude. This distasteful experience has left me with the mindset to NEVER purchase from this store again. When I upgrade from att, it will not ever be from this store. Absolutely appalling behavior and disreputable service. I would not recommend this store solely on the behavior of this employee. If this is the kind of people they employ, they do not need my business.

The worse place ever!!!!!!!!! Please go with your own risk! I went there with my mom to get her server for her new phone and they told me if I change my number with her it will be 80 dollars for 2 phone but when the bills come out it was 260 dollars. When I go talk to them they told me to come the next day then when I went there they move to another date then when I went again they told me to come another day and went on for like a week. Even when I had the chance to talk all they said was just move on because they can’t do anything about it. SO IF YOU GO THERE BE WITH YOUR RISK!!!!!
Since my phone was outdated and broken, I decided to visit AT&T locally. I was instantly greeted within five minutes of stepping in the door. I was later referred to the AT&T representative, Cory Putnam. He was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable with his job and everything was explained well. He assisted me in getting not only a new cell phone, I also left with the new AT&T TV package and fiber optic Internet. I can’t wait to see how well this does. This was the best experience I have had in a long time. I was very pleased and will recommend AT&T in the future.

Does not tried to solve a problem, they just told the customer to accept it and just move on. Especially the manager there. Don’t take your business there, or go there with your own risk.

Would not recommend this store to anyone. Went in to try and get our phone bill down. Instead it went up from 250 to 439. Just tell u what u want to hear and make it sound so good.
Id definitely double check what these folks tell you. My wife and I set up a new phone plan there, we were told about these great deals they have and the discounts Ill receive. Well then the bill came. Turns out that the discounts that were showed to me when we set up our plan actually dont exist and when I confronted the company I was left with the whole theres nothing we can do about it excuse.
Very poor service. Will never go back. Service reps were rude. The employees were standing around talking when there were customers waiting. We waited only to find out they did not even have the phone we needed. Total waste of time.

I am leaving ATT and made my mind up after I talked to the 3rd representative today. Thre last lady I talk to at the frederica store was the rudest person. I had been in the store earlier and had an appointment, which means nothing, and was given the wrong information and so I left. By the time a talk to the last rude lady I was confused. She talked down to me and then was rude enough to say she had customers waiting. I was a customer that could have had a new phone and out of there if anyone there knew anything. And I was a customer on the phone. So after I hung up I decided it was time to go. I called cricket and the guy was helpful and made sense. Goodbye ATT.

When you have an AT&T phone and go to store for help only to be told they cant help with your problem because your phone wont stay duh that was the problem that need to be fixed. Please get more qualified and friendly technicians. Oh by the way problem solved with a simple removing memory card

Use anyone else! Due to covid they agreed to not suspend services. Set a pmt arrangement for this coming Friday. Still have the email agreement, yet they still suspended service. I work from home now and cant they break written agreements and make u hold for hours before a person will speak w you. Virizion will be getting my phone service the same service spectrum will be getting my internet serviceUPDATE: I did leave a message on your Facebook, it was left on seen. This company needs to learn the meaning of integrity.
Tyler was super helpful and very patient with me and my situation. I was there with him on the phone for over and hour and the whole time I was on the phone he was trying other solutions! Cant say enough nice things, despite me no longer being an AT&T customer, he was empathetic and helpful the whole time.

Lindsay was professional, helpful and prompt with all my service needs. She also found some available discounts I was not aware of. This is really the first time that I have been satisfied with att as a whole.
This is the only official AT&T store in Owensboro. Other authorized retailers in town have never been able to help me with any account or equipment issues, but this location has never let me down. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Walk-in wait times can be long, but are worth the wait, and appointments can be made online or by phone for a faster experience.
I cant say enough about how great my experience was at the ATT store this afternoon. The rep that helped was Stacy and she was patient and was very professional and knowledgeable to help me with my problems.
I was told we could get two phones under a promotion for buy one get one free. I was told to wait three months for the promotion to kick in with billing. It did not. I went back to the store and they told us the phone their associate picked out was not covered. My loss of $320. They wouldnt let me talk to the associate who signed us up even though she was working the floor.

Just had my sons phone disabled by the phone store help. Unbelievable! I just went in to have my new phone activated. Was told that he would have to bring his phone in for a new sim card..... Hes on the Appalachian Trail!!! Not able to get a signal often, now not at All! Can I give a negative 5 star!!
I once was able to recieve full service including troubleshooting help from this store. Now it is just a sales store. I may as well use Best Buy or Walmart for all the benefit they are. The changes are all a negative for me.
Took advantage of my 80+ year old grandmother. Told her she needed DirecTV and continued to install it. She doesnt even know what that is. In an attempt to get rid of it, theyre demanding $200 disconnection fee after billing her for something she never uses. Such a ridiculously shady business. Will be reporting to Business Bureau and may even pursue legal action.

Have had SEVERAL bad experiences and refuse to go to this location anymore. They provided Terrible service staff was very very rude and basically ignored us. Didn’t want to offer help told us we had to go online and do it our self and they would process our order and call us when it eventually got through to them. They Would not even make eye contact with us they just continued to sit on their tablets.

I love the employees! Every time I go in their they dont make things awkward and come right at home with you. The only problem is that you might have to wait a couple minutes to get someone to talk to you because they are always busy.

Staff was friendly enough, but the wait time was like 2.5 hrs. Store was large, with a large selection to choose from. However, if I am coming into a store I do not wish to wait 2.5 hrs to be waited on. Waa told they were understaffed well to me not an excuse. Hire more individuals many people are unemployed and looking, even if just some part time help for busy hours.

Horrible customer service! They refuse to answer their phones, they sold us on their fiber optic lines and promised it would be live on June 6; as of today we still do not have any internet. When we have asked about this, they like to “dodge the question”. Super mad and frustrated. I’m paying for services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime TV, etc and cannot use any of them! My son desperately needs internet for his college classes beginning soon and my husband has to have it for his work!
