The store is very well organized and the rep, Apollo, went way above and beyond in making my experience the best it could possibly have been. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this store and it’s staff to anyone looking for the best deal on cell phones and service. A great experience all around.

Love Boost and Drive several miles to this location just for the customer service which deserve a 5 however when they called about the plan they were told it it had ended and it does not end until 4/16/18 as stated in their ad which I have a copy of now so I will be going back to see what can be done.

The woman that works there always answers all my questions. And she is so helpful when I am looking for a new phone or accessories. I have been a boost Mobile customer for close to 7 years. I have only used the other location in Owensboro one time And I will never use it again. The customer service is Excellent, and always friendly. If you want a great expierence and a phone that fits your needs this location is the one you are looking for. When boost gets some kind of family plan they will be perfect

I would give -5 stars but i cant. jerked me around when i asked them the order a phone, they had said it was ordered and i waited a week and went back in but they said that they knew nothing about when it would be in so i went to the boost mobile on bosley rd and talked to the woman there and she called to order the phone and it turns out that you cant even order that phone with boost mobile. if you want to deal with boost mobile in store go to the one on bosley rd they are very nice people, great customer service.
