I love crafting and the Dollar Tree has definitely stepped up their game in that area. It truly has become my go to place first.

Something the manager, if there is one, should instill in the employees is this lesson:When the parent, who is very much capable of being a responsible adult, is tending to their kids and making sure theyre not causing trouble (kids are rambunctious naturally - separate lesson that needs to be taught) theres no need for the employee to interject with their ignorant input. Or to talk to someone elses kids in a loud or derogatory way. That type of thing wont result in anything but a major problem, shows the type of people employed, and for sure the overall culture.Just a thought.

Love a store i can walk into and afford anything. Thank God for a dollar tree :)

I love the dollar tree especially because Im on a fixed income. Your only limited by your creativity. Also they have all those little household things you need. And the best place to get party stuff and yard trinkets. I could write a review on each section but have fun and see what section you like best or if youre me all of them.

Well lit, comfortable temperature. Excellent help and attentiveness from staff. Was out of a few things I was searching for but staff told me when truck runs to be able to get what I needed.

I have visited this location only 3 times and had a bad experience each visit, with them escalating from bad, to really bad, to so horrible I will never set foot in there again.My most recent trip (3/11/21) was quite unbelieveable. I had dropped my car across the street for service and thus had a couple hours to kill. I figured I could easily do this there and stock up for the upcoming Easter holiday and slew of family birthdays coming soon on my calendar.As I started slowly filling my basket, I began to notice that I was being tailed around the store by 2 employees. They stayed almost right by my side the entire 2 hours that I shopped, only leaving to stop at the registers and rudely discuss me, my purchases, and the fact that I had yet to steal anything. Though embarrassed, I was determined to continue, if only to show them that they did not bother me.While in the book isle, I needed help to find an item for my grandmothers birthday (she loves the different style crossword puzzles they sell) that I had purchased there previously. I asked a female employee for help. She said she never worked that isle and that I would just have to look (pointing her finger toward the messy bookshelves). She did not assist me in my search.During my shop, I had accumulated much in my cart and due to several of the large storage tubs I found, I was out of cart space and literally overflowing onto the floor as I tried to wheel it about. All 3 of the workers witnessed me struggling to keep my items in cart, as well as continuously picking up the fallen from the floor. They never came and offered me another cart or any assistance of any kind. They did, however, laugh at me while they watched me crawling around to get my items from the floor.When I was finished, I began toward the checkout when one of the cart wheels locked sideways and tipped my full basket. It was like an avalanche, with things going everywhere from inside my cart. Again, no one came to help. As I was picking up my things, I heard & saw the employee from the book isle inform her newly arrived manager all about me: I had been shopping for nearly 2 hours, that I looked suspicious, and that they kept eyes on me at all times but I hadnt done anything, yet (my suspicious appearance must have been due to my long skirt, tshirt, ballcap and small purse that barely held my wallet...not to mention my complete lack of a thieving charge anywhere on my record!).At that point I had hit my limit. I grabbed my phone and keys and went to the registers. I paid for the drink I had opened while browsing and then asked the cashier (book isle girl again) to speak to her manager. I was told that the manager had gone away again and that she was in charge of the store now. I told her what I had experienced; she did not apologize or try to make it better, she just stared at me until I continued. I asked for a number to the corporate office; she said she could maybe find it here in a while after she finished checking the people out behind me. I told her nevermind, I would get it from Google, apologised for leaving the cart & items where they lay, paid for my drink and then I left.While this experience far outstrips my first two in this store for being horrible, both of the others were brought on by the actions of rude employees. I require no further convincing; if I have need of the DT in the future, I will most definitely NOT be bringing my money to this location!!

I bought a flavored sparkling water and it was nothing but carbonated water. So I took it back in hoping to replace it. But the cashier looked at me and said “what do you want me to do about it.” I asked to replace it and after a few tries he finally allowed me too. Very unsatisfactory

Great place to find unique toys and other items for cheap. Staff are always pleasant. Usually one staff on register so you may be there a little longer during busy times.

I love dollar tree and i stop often when i see a dollar tree i havent been in before. I will say hands down this is one of the best and cleanest dollar trees i have been in. Ever! i am from Atlanta visiting and this dollar tree put us to shame..

The Dollar Tree was ridiculous today. I may NEVER go back. Here is a list of DTs problems:Several clerks working, but only ONE (1) register open and the line was not moving. There were NO shopping carts in the store. I am having some serious health concerns and standing for long periods of time does not work for me. I finally placed my items on a closed register and left. As I have already said, this likely will be my last shopping visit to this store. I would rather pay a little more money and not having to wait uselessly for long periods of time. Thank you!Cynthia Lambert

I found several things I needed. Store was clean. Clerk was helpful when ask for item that I could not find. We did have to wait in line while a single cashier ring everyone up.

Every time I go in this particular Dollar Tree they only have one cashier working and the customers are having to wait forever.

Store was large. Clean an staffed well. I was very impressed by the freezer area Kudos Dollar tree Owensboro. You customer service was above par. We will be back.

Friendly people. Good selection. Carts need to be replaced though thankfully a cashier help me pull through all them until we found one that actually rolled.
