Best boost store in Flint and Lansing area. Amy has given me superb customer service. If your for no vaseline go to a different boost store. If you are looking to get taken care of come to this boost store.

I havent had an issue with boost service but this location the employee working today lied about their service being down so she could close early. They close at 5pm but at 2:30pm we stopped to get help with a new activation and she said she couldnt help and there was sign on the door saying they close at 3pm today. So we ended up having to drive to the miller rd location where there system was working and he help. I will not do any service with the owosso location.

I had an offer from Boost themselves and when i went to order this phone i could get they made me wait over a week to hear if they could even get me the phone.

I just switched to boost and I will not give them another penny. Worst carrier provider ever. And then when you going to the store and ask them why you can’t get Internet they tell me it’s a problem with Apple LOL. I was with MetroPCS for seven years and never had an Internet problem ever. Switching back.
