I placed an order thru Marin, a student employee at the bookstore. She was professional, polite, suggestive, and very efficient with the completion and delivery of all the items I chose. On previous occasions, I mistakenly ordered from fanatics. I will always order directly from the bookstore in the future. Learned that lesson the hard way.Thank you for your outstanding efficiency!

They no longer sell textbooks. A good idea would be to maybe put that fact on the website, so those of us coming from out of town know to not plan on purchasing books there. I guess they thought just getting us in the store we would by something but nope. We were too mad and put all our stuff down and left. Misleading. Change your name to “just another store selling Miami sweatshirts.”

Its no longer a bookstore since it got out competed but its still being called a bookstore with plenty of signs outside calling it a bookstore, I mean I get they cant change them that fast but it was honestly disappointing to walk past 6 signs on the way in that said bookstore, go downstairs to the previous bookstore area and find out theres a sign all the way down there that says they no longer sell books, would have been nice to have that outside the store or have a 2nd sign out there I guess.Merchandise is interesting but usually pricy there are better options out there.

Nice bookstore. Good selection of apparel though the womens department seems a bit small. Prices a little better than the official bookstore on campus

As we walked in the sales associate snottily announced we close in 10 minutes. Nice way to welcome customers and encourage them to make a purchase. If you dont want new customers at 6:50 p.m. then lock your doors. Otherwise smile and say hello because my money is just as good at 6:50 p.m. as it is at 9 a.m. I used the 50 percent coupon I received for Miami freshmen orientation and will never spend another dime in this establishment. Little Miss We close in 10 minutes should learn how it is she earns a paycheck. It isnt by alienating customers as they walk in the door.

They had a great selection of spirit wear for Miami. I got a long sleeve shirt on clearance for $15!

Huge selection of Miami apparel. Reasonable prices. Staff was super friendly.

Clean and organized store. Has a great selection. My only issue is that they have all of the childrens clothing downstairs and the elevator was broken. That made it very complicated with a stroller. I feel most people with children looking at that section will have strollers. Once downstairs, the selection of childrens merchandise was great, lots to choose from.

Not exactly a bookstore but instead the best collection of college swag that I have ever seen. If you are looking for Miami University anything...barstools, dog sweaters, you name it, they have it here! But books? Only textbooks.

They won’t allow us to mail a book back one day late!!! We called~ we emailed. They never answered our email or calls! Now they email us 2 days late and charge my credit card over $180. They say they bought a replacement already?!?!
