The Salon does not do call backs. But are very promp to recruit if you go in for products. Ive called twice in the last week for services stating let me take your number and call you back...Neither have I received. I showed up to buy products one day a few weeks ago and had to sit and wait and the 2nd string showed up 25 mins later..I never saw who was on duty..Explains why JCP have lost business. If it wasnt for SEPHORA...I wouldnt go at all.They need new people..On a scheduled staff you dont pick and choose what services are offered..If its posted its available.

They did a beautiful job on my granddaughters hair

My daughter got her hair colored (bleached)here this past thursday when she left her roots where still dark her cut still had tags. I called to speak to manager friday had to leave message no return call as of noon saturday I called back manager spoke to me assured she would correct issue. Well apperently she doesnt know what she is doing either under my daughters hair still has dark roots an now she looks like she has graying ash colored hair. She told lady it was ok because she was scared to deatj of what it would look like if they kept messing with it. Complete waste of her birthday money.Granted bleaching your hair is not healthy but she likes it an until now has never had issues with bleaching.
