Always a good experience except... never enough registers open. Ive asked managers why this is, now they say not enough workers due to the pandemic. But why was it the same case pre pandemic?

Horrible experience if you got a sports car DO NOT GO THERE they have no idea what they’re doing. Went in there to get new tires for my mustang first they couldn’t take the lug nuts off so I drove it back to the company I got my car from they lossened them up and I went back to Oxford Walmart auto stayed there for over 2 hours then they came to me saying they can’t put my new tires on because they don’t have the right equipment! This is hilarious.

Walmart I have a lot to say about Walmart is nice full of get great employees everything is well put up youll have a hard time finding it everything is well placed and I would encourage anyone in the area but definitely feel right at home

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Its absolutely ridiculous that Walmart is a multi billion dollar company and wont hire people to run the cash registers,instead they force their paying customers to use the self checkout because they are only opening 1 register and the line is so long that people are forced to use the self checkout. Oh and how horrible is it for that 1 cashier that is running the register.I feel bad for that employee.Its sad Walmart does not care more for their employees or their paying customers.I dont use Walmart anymore because of this.Walmart should be ashamed of their self for being so greedy!

The store was very low on merchandise. Plus when I got up to checkout the price was wrong on 4 of the products, one of them by three dollars. Which is not much for most but when you are on a budget trust me it matters. Was very disappointed, had to leave without products. Id like to say it was the first time but Its happened more times than I can count.Makes me wonder if its not on purpose with Walmart hoping that people either dont notice it or dont want to make a scene to have them come over and take it off, either way Walmart benefits greatly. Its a sneaky way to make a profit.

It was great not to crowded and had everything I wanted.

Purchased a grill for $651. Get home and it has a massive dent. Return it and the customer service representative and manager are both rude. It took 45 minutes for them to get me another grill off the top shelf. I just opened it up and it also has a dent. Either Pit-Boss grills does not take care of their merchandise or Walmart does not. The first two photos are the first grill and the last three are the grill I just bought. I will shop somewhere else from now on.

Shopping is great,until you get ready to check out and spend more time in line waiting to check out than you did finding what you needed.

Self checkout sucks!Not enough love people with open registers yet there were alot of employees standing in departments just talking...Parking is awful, no one pays attention!!!

I shop occasionally at Wal-Mart in Oxford, Alabama. I dont have many issues there. The employees are nice and helpful.

Employees are friendly and helpful when you can find one to help you. Bathroom was clean which is always a plus. Items I had been looking for were in stock.

Its a nice store. Clean and well laid out. One of the nicer Walmarts Ive been to.

About same as other Wal-Marts some push Guildlines more than others and everyone allows over buying of products they dont in force product limits each store is different now unlike it was when Sam Walton run things Walmart was better and Stores carried same products people havent travel store to store

I dont shop Wal-Mart except when Im.left with not much choice. Ill say its getting better. I found all the school supplies and good towels for $4...

Wally World. My only complaint is seems as if each time I come. The less cashiers I find at checkout. If I have just a couple of things I dont mind doing the self checkout. I am notttt going to shop, scan, and bag my own items then turn around and pay YOU for it. I am not on your payroll. If it comes to a day (because me and my cousin did this at Thanksgiving) where I go in and not see one cashier. I will quietly turn around and go somewhere else, or shop online at Amazon.com which Ive been doing anyways lately. Get it together Walmart.

I will never order or shop with you people again after losing our church chicken order and just don’t care about it makes me mad and I will tell ever church I can not to do orders with you . That’s a promise ..

As usual, we found what we needed. We were heading back from the north on a motorcycle trip and it was storming and we needed some rain gear and some shoes and boots and bridges. We found it all in for a very good price.

Found all I needed. There was no one working in the garden center at the time and I needed for someone to get a grill box for me as I could not lift it myself. Several employees made sure they loaded it for me outside the garden door. Thank you Oxford Walmart!

Problems with picking especially fresh fruits and vegetables. Sometimes damaged or even rotten places. Pickup staff is usually very courteous but theres a few bad apples.

Had been given run around about my sons dad been put on his birth certificate so finally got someone to help us and thank goodness we hopefully got it done correctly now and will get his birth certificate with his dad added this time.

I pray to god, that they keep the one in Oxford open ! We shop there all the time one reason was their milk one being, 98 cents and so many other foods in the food department. But when I went there last night the milk had jumped up to 3.00 Dollars and other food items . But hand down their movies and clothing are the same and very nice. You really can shop for almost everything in their. The people are very very nice and dont mind answering your questions! During the stay at home order the milk was still the lease expensive now there is a 200% mark up, WHY

This place is bad. Id rather drive to the North end of Anniston to go to the Walmart in Lynlock than got to Oxford Walmart. It just always feels sketchy in the parking lot and seems to attract the sketchiest people. Rarely do they have enough registers open. Just a pain to go to.

You can find approximate every thing you want from house hold items to Grocery, Electronics, Garments, Cell phones, Fresh vegetables & fruits with a large variety of salads, Electric home appliances, crockery, gift items, sports, Auto mobile accessories and a lot more

I like the many selections of anything you want here I love the fast checkout and the fact bread and eggs are extremely cheap

This store is horrible. Walmart personal shoppers are rude. Their carts are often deserted and hard to maneuver around. MANY shelves are empty. How can you be out of every type and flavor of Gatorade? How can you not have any distilled water?

Asked an employee not to sit on the food in the cold section as he was playing on his cell phone, then he proceeded to try to start a fight with me. No problem with that until the improvised security treated me as a threat. Both the so called security and other associates involved would not help me to a manager that I repeatedly requested.

Shelves were empty in cooler; not a good selection to choose from in some sections. Will continue to shop here because overall I had a good shopping experience.

Not the best bbq. Meat had no taste. For the price. Should of went to olive Garden. Would of gotten something better.

Its fine, but if they have stuff priced wrong(which this location often does) then dont expect them to follow corporate policy and give you the price that is posted. Theyll go and move the items and say that a customer did it, even when there is an entire shelf fill of the product and priced wrong. This has happened multiple time to me at this location. Ive had to report them to corporate multiple times and every time I took pictures and submitted them and corporate sided with me and sent me gift cards.

Do pickup or delivery. This place is always a mad house. I used to enjoy going but it seems like its packed out no matter what time you go.

I have been to this Walmart location many times because of its convenience for me. I cannot think of a time that I have not been disappointed with the experience. Several times I have been and just as it was this morning the store was poorly stocked in multiple locations. The Pet Care location is consistently terrible. Also went in the personal care location and a big empty box of the toothpaste that I prefer was all that was there. I am enclosing a couple of pictures in the Pet Care section. Can never find the food that my fur babies prefer. This place truly needs employees from management to stockers that know their job and care about the service they provide. I have family that works in Walmart from management all the way down and they would all be terribly disappointed with this location. If I have my way I will not go back in this location again!

Decent place to shop but same as any other wally world self check out is all ya got hope you aint in a hurry to get out and you might catch the RONA never know

Its Wal-Mart! Friendly staff. Nice selection of products. I used to think their beef/steaks were tough/chewy. But I decided to take a chance and I bought NY Strip steaks from here and they were melt in your mouth goodness on the BBQ!!! But they dont carry the vaccum cleaner belt for the vaccum that I bought from Wal-Mart. All in all, it may not carry some items cause its a smaller store however its a great place to shop.

Came in with my lists and actually walked out with all on my list. Cashier at self checkout was very nice and quick to help and or answer any questions..

Not enough cashiers. Need more or them. I had only 2 items, and was in line 30 minutes or longer.

Ive grown more and more dissatisfied with Walmart in recent years. This one wasnt bad. But they just arent what they used to be.

I was in and out in a zip! I was headed for one specific thing that I had no idea what department the item would be in. A very helpful Associate personally escorted me to the location instead of just giving me directions or pointing a finger in A direction. I would STILL be wandering around the store looking for my item and frustrated. Not today!!

Huge store, big selection, well stocked, and friendly employees.

In occasionally is hard to find a parking spot but if you are interested in getting some workouts to go for long walks and get what you need is definitely a good place to go and sometimes you even see friends you aint seen in a while and thats always a joy

Great place to shop got gorilla tape to close those boxes taped shut they got new items available for the summer but you know what wouldnt it be great if they sold fireworks for the 4th of July but as of now they dont

You can tell that most of the employees in Walmart hate their job, because they are so rude and easily annoyed when someone asks for help. Always only 3 if lucky 4 registers open and the lines are very long... I only go when I really really just have too.

They prefer to Open self checkout instead of cashiers. Walmart prefers to save their money by not wanting to pay employees to open enough registers to meet the volume of consumers. Employees that were there were doing online shopping for other customers and when asked for help they didnt know any more than I did. Ill be shopping at Dollar General or target from here on out.

Trying to buy tires... If you dont know the brand, model, part number, compound, tread wear, DNA, and sister company of the tires you want to buy dont pull up in the carport. They will take your information three times, the system will restart twice, then you will understand why it will take the 4 hours to get the job done. This might not be the same at all locations but it is how it works(or doesnt) here.Go inside, pick out your tire and ask to see it, take a picture of the label, then go pull around to the carport and place your order. Good luck and safe travels

I placed a pick up order with Oxford Alabama Walmart on February 14, 2021 scheduled to be picked up on February 15 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm got there at exactly 12:00pm to find out that my order had been canceled due to the weather in another state...the money was already taken off my card so I spoke with a manager and he told me that it would take 3-5 business days for the money to be returned on my card I spent almost $300 on groceries for me and my small children and at the time when I purchased the groceries bad weather was headed our way...here it is February 26, 2021 and I’ve yet to have received my money nor the order I placed with them...I also called Walmart.com and I was told that I could have just went inside and got them to refund the money back on my card but both managers that I spoke with NEVER told me that...they told me they would put in an order to have the funds released to me...I’m not working at the moment due to Covid 19 because my daughter is out of school doing virtual learning...my family has been suffering because of this. They could have still pulled my order that day since they had already taken my money off my card but they never offered that...I feel like if the staff had been more knowledgeable than they are about their job, they would have known I could have came in and got a refund...yes I’m very upset about this because I feel like I’ve been stolen from but the biggest problem is, this has taken food out of my small children’s mouths. I would be in the wrong if I had gone there and started a disruption, so I came here with it.

Customer service is down at all Walmarts. They dont pay me, nor offer a discount for checking myself out and bagging my own stuff, but try to force self checkout by not opening more than 2 registers. Ive also noticed they are carrying less of my name brand products and more of their own. Its ok. I would rather do my grocery shopping at Publixs anyway. Cleaner and more variety at the same price.

All cash registers were down, had to check out in hardware. Associates were not very friendly, kinda rude actually!

The people in Oxford Alabama wal-mart are so friendly they are always there to help when needed they are a 100% easy shopping place

The worst Wal-Mart around. Their customer service is terrible. Their shelves are disorganised. Floors are dirty. Clientele is scary (not Wal-Marts fault but be safe). I called the electronics department. No one answered. I was transferred to customer service. They transfefered me back to electronics. No answer. Transferred back to CS. They transfered me back.... Electronics never answered. CS couldnt help. So frustrating.

Great the right Cashier Makes it easy and smooth transaction. Polite and easy to communicate with.

This walmart doesnt keep basic things in stock most of the time and the employees will watch your every move. If you like people watching you and not finding what you need this is the place to go.

I went to the Oxford Alabama store yesterday and it was awful experience. I walked all over that store looking for different items. When I did find the locations of the items I was looking for, the shelves were empty. It was like that all over the store. There were isles where the shelves were completely empty. I was going to purchase several items and ended up with two items. Besides walking for what seemed like miles, I could not get the items I came for. Very few employees and the ones there were shopping for groceries instead of stocking shelves. Poor management and I will not be back..... someone needs to look at this.! Pitiful
