I just went to this place to pick up my friend and after talking to the manager i got a facial cleansing for really cheap price and now i go here every week. I love it the services are great and the workers are remarkable compare to other shops i went in the past. And im a guy.

I love this place. Everyone is friendly. I have been to this corporate place for about 10 years. I like the corporation. But this location is my favorite. Been doing to this place since 2015. And I have had mostly great waxes.

My eyebrows are microbladed so I need someone who can really follow what is already happening. This place is where its at! Lindsay is who does my brows & she does a phenomenal job. Everyone is super friendly & helpful. Ashley at the front desk did a great job taking care of me and helping me out with purchasing a pass, along with breaking it down for me.

Immediate attention and appointment as a walk in. My technician took me back and had me out of there within 10 minutes. This made me happy to schedule my next appointment. Theres alot to be said for quality service and theyre great at it.

Complimentary brow wax. My best friend and I went last night, we had Jen and Ariel, both are awesome! Now my little eyebrow curl is gone yay! Didnt know I can shape it more in a different way. Afterwards we felt good and clean. For a complimentary wax that was painless or more like 1% pain.I recommend this place to anybody who wants to an experience a painless wax. Brittany was so personal and professional!! This was my first experience with EWC & I was very impressed. From the moment I walked through the door, the receptionist was attentive, kind, & answered all my questions with confidence, which eased my feelings of awkwardness and discomfort. Everyone was so polite. It was just an amazing experience all around & I cant wait to go back again in 4 weeks.

Really friendly staff and very clean. Im giving them 2 stars because everytime I go in Im disappointed a day or so after when I find strips of hair not waxed off. They dont seem willing to make sure everything is hair free or tweezing the few stragglers that the wax misses.

Very disappointed. Ive been here before but this time they had poor service. I waited 30 minutes longer and Paola did not even apologize. I asked the receptionist if she could check how much longer it was going to take and her response was I cant double page. I was simply asking her to go check, but I believe getting off her chair was asking for too much. Never again!

Ill start off by saying Ive been to 2 other waxers before who had their own private setup in a salon. They were alright, but I got the vibe that they were forcing friendliness as part of their job.Ive been to Lupe for a full leg and brazillian 5 times now, and she is super friendly, does the job well, and doesnt make me feel uncomfortable or awkward at all. Some reviewers mentioned feeling pressured into buying products, but I didnt feel pressured at all. She mentioned the effectiveness of it, and I did some research and ended up buying it the next time I was in. I shave my arms and underarms and the Slow It serum, scrub, and lotion also work after I shave! She is knowledgeable about hair growth, and always makes sure to pluck the stubborn hairs left over at the end.The price is good; I get the student package where you can get 4 for the price of 3. The front desk people have been super friendly every time, and are very accommodating when I call to schedule or change an appointment. There was one time when they didnt quite schedule me enough time before the next guest, but they didnt rush the rest of the wax.The wax itself is formulated to be really nourishing and I can hardly feel it being pulled off compared to other waxes. Its really cool that you can go to any European Wax Center. Yeah, theyre a chain, which Im not always the biggest fan of, but in this case, Ive had an extremely positive experience and recommend it highly.

Been getting waxed for 3 years now. It is pricey, but to me, it beats shaving all the time. The waxers and the atmosphere are very welcoming.

This place sucks! I went in to get my lip and eyebrows waxed and the girl did a horrible job! If I would have done it on my own at home I would have done a better job! It also seems like theyre forcing themselves to be friendly... Very disapointed I was expecting a better job after all the great reviews they have..

I LOVE JENNA!!! From the start, my experience started off perfectly. I have to admit that I was incredibly scared of using a new wax studio. BOTTOM LINE: Jenna is amazing... and I know what Im talking about. TRUST ME!!! If youre a first timer you are super lucky to have Jenna. Because you will not know what a poor wax job is. Downside... If Jenna is ever not available you wont be satisfied with anyone else. THATS HOW AMAZING SHE IS! If you are a long time waxer, like me, YOU WILL BE BLOWN AWAY!!! I mean, shes fantastic. TRUST ME! And Tanya, the kind reception, she is so sweet and informative. Between Tanya and Jenna, they have converted me into a long time client. NO gimmicks no shmoozing, just awesome service and great waxers!
