Im sorry I was late for my covid test apt. That lady in the drive through was much more upset than I was that I almost missed getting tested.

Nice and quiet store to pick up my supplements and vitamins. They have some good sales from time to time.

I would not recommend coming here for photos.... I have ordered photos here multiple times and have always waited for 30 mins or more to pick up. Seems like they only have one person working at the store that has to share the front register and the photo area. Will try another store from now.

Worst customer service . I was waiting at the cashier for someone for 5 minutes. And pressed the bell and the employer ignored me until I pressed it the second time and she gave me attitude. Please better customer service.

Yesterday my wife, had her dr appointment. Like every month, but the pharmacist by the name of kim .over wrote my wifes dr, and decided not release the medication, because she said! it was not time. Even do the dr prescription is done every month. But her way is the way, So I asked to speak to the general manager. by the name of Raphael Cervantes. Who,o. ready had and attitude when he answered, So I ask a simple question that my wife dr wanted for me to ask .and the question was. ¿did ms Kim run the prescription thru the insurance system?and if the system rejected it,or if it was just ms Kim.s doings. This guy is so misinformed that he hung up on me. What a professionalism!, and they are still holding my wifes medication until ms Kim and the manager are good and ready. To release it So I will file a written formal complaint with the ventura county district attorney. I will also send copies of the complaint to corporate.so I tell You good people of ventura county.do you know what ms kim pharmacist from Walgreens. Told my wife to do, for my wife to go to the hospital, to get her medication..I guess she doesnt see what we are going thru.and why do we have to go somewhere where else, to get our medication.maybe we need to let Walgreens, know who pays there salaries. Is us customers, that buy from your stores, Keep that in mind. Thank you God bless

Would rate this pharmacy with 0 stars if I could. Worst pharmacy service I’ve had in my life. Have never been treated with such rudeness, sense of entitlement, and outright lack of care for a customer than at this location. I’m treated like a criminal when I get my prescription refilled. I travel often for business and at times have to refill my script a few days early. Regardless of what my doctor directs or writes for, this pharmacy (mainly the middle-aged Asian female pharmacist) questions it and requires speaking with my doctor on the phone every time and showing her my travel plans. I’m a regular, monthly customer! If doctor is not available or it’s on a weekend, she refuses to fill it even though state law dictates that pharmacies have too. The Asian pharmacist will tell her counter folks to tell customers certain things which are untrue forcing you to try and find another pharmacy. She will also avoid speaking directly to you face to face but rather sends directions through all her front desk people. Cowardly, entitled, and disrespectful of patients, medical practice, and prescribing doctors!AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY MIDDLE AGED ASIAN PHARMACIST!!!

Sadly customer service in the same way leaves! With staffing this background, I know you are not to make the CO problem my problem.

Products are expensive here for no reason.I recommend going to Walmart or dollar Tree or grocery outlet.You can get passport photos done here.

I just got off the phone and will NOT be using this location EVER.I have been a Walgreens customer for longer than I remember. They are bigger in AZ. They have great deals & I love the reward program & have been a member since the program started a couple years ago.I usually use them for my Pharmacy of choice...I recently got a new prescription. The Walgreens near my daughters tutor is out of stock, as are the Rite Aids near me... So on. I have driven to & called several locations in effort to find this new medication (which I am already nervous about starting).I have been able to get the info I needed over the phone, so far. (not in stock)I called just now 7pm, the Pharmacist working was extreemly rude. Said she couldnt just tell me if the medication was in stock before I drive over there with my 2 kids... She cut me off & continued to talk over me, saying it was against the law to tell me if the medication was in stock.It gets betterShe flippin hung up on me.I hope her supervisors see this. I hope they contact me.I was in retail before I had children.If 1 of my employees treated someone as she treated me, a loyal, life time customer... Whew.I am so tired of the sense of entitlement & lack of customer service lately. Customers pay your bills. We dont need you. You need us.That is today (01-08-16) at 7pm.If you are looking for a nice friendly location, I reccomend the one on Vineyard & Oxnard or the 1 by St. Johns theyre 24 hrGood night

I complained to the mgr.Mr.Garen Haeor about his pharmacy department lack of customer communication and he said the usual excuses.I asked him to look into my specific issue, which was why it will take over 2 hours to fill 15 pain pills prescribed by my ER doctor. Not to mention, how rude the intake drugest Krestena was in saying Im not sure you can get these drugs with out her and the drugest agreement.The mgr. Said he would look into the situation and call me. Its now the end of the day (over 7 hours) and I Dont have a call back, or the 15 very important, pain pills.I always used Walgreens but never this one. If you want your drugs prescribed by your doctor in a timely manner you might reconsidered this store as a last alternative

I agree with the review below me that same employee has done the same thing to me, my friends, & my whole family. Which is why Walgreens is a place we all will never shop again. My mother had been shopping there for over 20 years but not anymore!
