There customer service is horrible. They make u feel un-welcome. Like there doing you a favor love to go there but dont like the way I am treated.

I always shop at Sephora but after hearing about Ultas great reward system I decided to give it a try. My first visit I was completely ignored and after asking for some help from a staff member all I got was someone who was short with words and clearly uninterested in helping. My second visit I went in with an open mind and while trying to find a matching concealer a woman came over and picked a color for me without even matching it to my skin and took the sample out of my hand and put it back. I was insulted on the way I currently apply concealer and left very sad :( never coming back, would never recommend anyone to come here.
