Michelle is wonderful!! I totally agree with the other post about her multitasking skills and also her patience and knowledge. She is a definite asset to this company. I hope they realize that!!

Visited this store twice in a week to buy new phones. I was treated terribly and given incorrect information. Unsolicited rude behavior cannot be excused. I recommend you visit a Verizon Corprlorate store like the one in Enterprise.

Store was closed over an hour from 1pm till after 2pm with know way of knowing when they take lunch and how long. Watched several people turn around angry because of this. Not good business practice. Will use Enterprise store from now on.

What a great team at this location. Mac was incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. She was especially helpful in explaining all the different plans and in helping us find just the right one for our family. And she was backed up by her coworkers Kirsten and Michelle who were both also great in their assistance to us. All three women were very welcoming and had smiles throughout our encounters. I hope Verizon knows what great employees they have!

Waited an hour just to be told the phone i wanted wasnt in stock. Didnt have to many phones in-stock

We went into the store a Lovely Lady greeted us with a Welcome to Verizon and from that moment on Sonya made out transfer from Old service and old phones to Best Service and new phone a complete delight! She looked and found so many coupons for us, she throughly explained plans & cost. She had our new phones set up for us so we didn’t walk out of there not knowing what to do. Sonya is Excellent, best customer care we have had in decades. So excited being on the best cell service company there is! Thank you Verizon and a Big Thank You to Sonya.. The face of Verizon to us.

A little pricey better to buy from Walmart better deals on Verizon phones

My experience at the Ozark, Alabama Verizon store was exactly how I rated it! 5⭐s! Heather (store manager) and Cherise (customer service rep) where very professional, polite, friendly, informative and knowledgeable! And most of all helpful with all my cellphone service needs!Ive visited other locations in the past and can honestly say that the Ozark store far exceeds any visit that I experienced before. Great job!

They are short staffed. But Michelle, she is the BOMB! She multi tasks like you wouldnt believe and keeps a very friendly demeanor the whole time. Props to her!

Needs to have a knowledgeable adult on duty at all times. Spent $300,have no replacement phone as promised and have to go back tomorrow hopefully to get my replacement phone that is already paid for

The lady who was helping me stopped to go see her friend and pay for things from Hibbit Sports. Ridiculous. When she came back another man walked in the door, she tried to stop helping me and go to him. She said that she could not accept any payments on my account because its a new account and their system was down, yet she took a payment from someone behind me. SMH

Poor service I ordered a WiFi box and called to see if it had come in yet the store manager answers and says it may be there but she didnt know and proceeded to hang up on me

Verizon wants $1100 for a phone that be bought anyday of the week on line for $614.99. You would think that they are trying to overcharge their customers or run them off.

Hunter was incredibly polite and helpful in my shopping experience. I’m not very knowledgeable about service providers, but Hunter was able to answer any and all of my questions in a polite and informative way. Definitely made my experience at this go wireless a very positive one, and I’ll certainly be coming back.

Customer service used to be good in this store untill they change manager. Today I saw a old man being treated very disrespectufull by the manager of this store. She told him get out of the line, because he wanted to know why his data slowed down. I am changing carriers pretty soon.

I had a great experience here. Not only were the employees very nice, they were also very knowledgeable on their products. I bought my mom an iPhone from here and they were able to give her step by step instructions on how to set it up. I will be using this retail store from now on.

Let me just say, everytime I go to this store they go above and beyond the call of duty for me. I took my phone recently to the geek squad and they had no idea what was wrong with my device, nor did they try to figure it out. I went into my Ozark store and Tanya offered to at least look at it for me, which was more then anyone else had done. I love going in there, its really like a family in there. 👍👍

Ive been with Verizon for over 5 years .I have always enjoyed going to Ozark location and paying my bill just because of the staff.but I went in tonight and had questions and the lady working named Heather is the Rudest person Ive ever dealt with there. Think Ill go to straight talk or some other company.Heather has bad attitude and smart remarks. Probably time for go wireless to find other imployies

Replaced a screen protector on my galaxy 9+. It was replacing a previous one that did not adhere correctly. They did an excellent job and were very accommodating.

Went to pay my bill and ir is always way to warm in the building. The staff could not be more helpful and kind, but if I have any questions about products or promotions I do not linger because after 5 minutes I am miserable. Maybe some window tinting would cut down on the heat or a larger AC unit. The rating would have been 5 stars but the heat in there is too much. Hope this issue is resolved soon.
