I went in to help my aunt figure out which service would be best for her and they were so friendly and helping. I believe her name was Caylee, was super patient and thoroughly explained everything to my aunt! Would recommend seeing her for anything you’re needing because she knew all the answers and got us all set up super quick also!
Im not a cricket customer but I witnessed their personnel helping someone with mobility issues at their vehicle. During the interaction, another elderly woman arrived asked about getting a new phone and he was very polite and told her he would be happy to help her next. I dont know the gentlemans name but thats what customer service should be like! He was working at 4:00 p.m. today and should be commended for doing his job well!

We went in on 5/2/2020 to get two phones. Brandon helped us and he was very helpful! It was the first time we went in to get an upgrade on one phone and a new business phone and had my husbands phone number changed all in an hour! We will ask for Brandon when we go back in.
Cricket has okay service, and store employees trying to do their best, but customer service is horrible the moment you encounter a genuinely troubling issue. I am about tell a tale of caution that current and future customers need to be aware of.Here it is: if you purchase a brand new, unlocked cellphone and bring it to cricket, there’s a decent chance they’ll lock that phone to work exclusively on cricket and deny doing so until the bitter end. The unlock request option online? Won’t work. Contact customer service on the chat? You’ll never see anything come of it. Their top minds are on the case though, just give them an additional 24-72 hours indefinitely. Go into a store? Watch them have a chat with some person on cricket’s employee tech support site or whatever. If you want to spice up the trip, guess how long it will take for the employee to call a more competent coworker while saying “this will be the last time for real this time but....” Call customer support and speak to a supervisor? They will continue to deny what they have done, say things that don’t make any sense (a universal model will never work on cricket? Okay, Brian.), and abruptly hang up on you when you call them out on it.It’s been a rough four days.

A girl named Montana that works there is constantly rude and inpatient with my grandparents. Went in with them and saw it first hand the other day. Awful customer service.
