As soon as we walked in we received immediate service. Rob was very helpful and his customer service was outstanding. All other staff were friendly and courteous as well. Would not hesitate to visit the Ozark store again.

We upgraded our phones during the $800.00 off promo for Samsung phones. That has been 4 months ago now and our bill is still messed up and they will not fix it . I have spoke with Noelle the manager at least 10 times she says she will work on it, she doesnt,still not fixed. I was suppose stay on the 45.00 plan they raised me to a 95.00 plan ( which they dont even have) and will not take it off and will not reimburse me for what Ive had to pay so my phones dont get shut off. I called customer service several times and I think they might have finally gotten my plan back to the 45.00 (quite a language barrier) but still no reimbursement for the 400.00 Im out. I will never upgrade thru the local store like that again... 😒, I will just buy them outright online somewhere. I even have everything in writing for what it should have been, didnt matter..BEWARE.

Have used this location several times for issues from billing to new devices to IT to insurance. I have found them to have excellent customer service. They have gone above and beyond for every issue I have had.

Ashley is awesome at her job and as a person. She is very knowledgeable and is quick to get answers. Knows so much about her job and has great people skills and is a pro at multi tasking. I’m glad to have her nearby to help with any phone / iPad issues. She knows all the current promotions and looks for ways to make sure the customer has the best deal. She keeps her cool and never gets rushed when there are several people waiting for help.

Both Seth and Ashley were amazing! They were very patient and kind answering all of our questions and searching for the best deals for our needs! We never feel pressured to buy anything we don’t want and feel that the information shared is always so helpful. We ONLY shop at the Verizon in Ozark. They are much more helpful than the stores we visited in Springfield! A job well done!

I broke my phone this morning and needed a new one. I wasnt happy to have to go fork over a ton of cash that I didnt have. The staff were great and helped me find the best deal they could. They spent over an hour helping my wife and I find the phones that worked for us and helped us go ahead and set up new line so we have an extra when kids need it. The store is laid out well and they keep a good option of devices in stock and have plenty of displays so you can check everything out.

Noelle was awesome to work with! She was very informative and made the whole process as easy and quick as possible for me! She was able to multitask with a few customers to ensure everyone had been acknowledged.

Summer gave us the very best customer service that we have received since becoming mobile phone users over 15 years ago! Despite only having 15 minutes before store closing when she was able to speak with us, she made the most of our experience. She was very knowledgeable about various products in the store and she was open and honest about the most practical way for us to get the most bang for our buck! She never rushed us and she took time to make sure that she answered any and all of our questions! Absolutely fantastic service! We will definitely be back to her for all of our future device and service needs!

If i was rating just the employees it would be a 5, but im not. Verizon itself should get a negative. Im not even gonna rant about this but I will say I woulda been better off driving down 65, rolling down the window, and paper airplaning a $100bill out.

Ashley did a wonderful job today with me. My kids were running around the store, she entertained them and gave them coloring pages and markers and did so much to help the stressful process. And I left paying very little on a wonderful new phone. Definitely left satisfied (:

It was a not a good experience. Unfortunately Verizons pay off and trade in values are not practical.In addition my credit card was fraudulently used shortly after the transaction at this store. 🤬

Worst store ever. You have 2 people working but you can’t shop for products you have to wait outside. Both employees work at one small desk. One talks so loud you can’t even think. The other one talk so low you can’t hear her over the other one. I went into upgrade my phone and I finally just walked out. It was so un nerving. Very poorly ran store. I’ve been a customer for 16 years and that was the worst ever experience I’ve ever had.

We have been customer for many years,. Today we were on the store updating several phones. Our experience today was great as usual. The best part of using this store is they know your name when you walk in. Great people work there.

Very unusual circumstances as the store had restrictions on the number of people that could be inside at one time. The manager (I can’t recall her name) was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in setting me up with a new phone. One other employee also helped out with the transfer of files from the old to the new. I highly recommend this location...great service under extreme conditions.

Ashley really went above and beyond to help my fiancee with her new phone. We stopped for the night in Ozark, and Ashley did everything in her power to make sure that we were set with a new phone before we left the next day! She found the perfect phone for my fiancees needs, helped set everything up and transfer over the data, and even waited with the phone while it finished activating so that we could eat dinner (as we hadnt had anything to eat since 9 AM - and it was nearing 7 PM by that point!).She also handled a rather unruly customer with dignity and grace, keeping everyone else in the store calm and laughing while the guy made a fool of himself. Bravo, Ashley!

I wouldnt waste your time coming into this location. We were ready to purchase a new phone and the sales clerk was not helpful and had a blanket answer for all the questions I asked. She did have a rude customer come in while we were there, but that shouldnt have been taken out on us.

Great experience yesterday getting our new phones. Joe was super patient with us - two old folks that have flip phones. He did not try and talk us into something we didnt want. We will go back to him!

By far the best service Ive ever had with Verizon. I was helped by Summer and she was so knowledgeable about everything. She broke down my bill and plan. Went out of the way to show me every phone I asked to see which included going into the safe. She didnt knock my choice of phone brand and encouraged me to go with what I like and preferred. She was up to date on what deals they were running and what phones were expected to come out. She explained warranty and protection plans as well as showing me how to back up everything on my device so when I did upgrade everything would transfer over. She explained how my mobile hotspot on my phone works and what it would mean if I actually purchased a hotspot. She explained why my phone wasnt charging properly. When asked about upgrading tablets she explained we would keep our current ones and just get new ones on our plan but the old ones would still work via Wi-Fi. I had the best customer experience ever and it was way better than what I had received at a corporate store the previous day. Thank you so much Summer!

Do not do business with this store. I went in there and bought the hum by Verizon. Bought 2 of them. The sales associate told me it was buy one get one free and I would get a credit on my bill and I would have my activation fees waived as well. I got my bill from Verizon and it was way higher then what they told me. I called Verizon customer care and they told me that the promotion victra was offering doesn’t exist. They said they have never had that promotion. There is a huge lack of communication. I never open each box and they still charged my a restocking fee for each one. I only had it for 4 days. Verizon customer care told me that there would be no restocking fee since it was only 4 days not open. Basically the lack of communication and the lying between the salesman and what actual Verizon told me has cause to never do business again witha Victra Verizon

Was told in store that the credits from trading in my bill had to be used towards cases and screen protectors in order to use the credit towards my sales tax on devices. After an hour long conversation with Verizon they told me that information was false! So not only did I get $60. Screen protectors (which I could have got somewhere else a lot cheaper) I also got lied to. Oh and they charged me 20 per phone to set up my phones and all they did was activate the devices. I did all the set up. I will not be back to this location. I don’t suggest anyone else does either.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff! We moved from Springfield to Ozark and I didnt want to switch from our previous Z Wireless store on Battlefield and Highway 65 but knew it made sense. Im glad we did! We will definitely be back and do all of our cell phone business through your store!

We had issues just with poor customer service and lack of knowledge, but hadnt really effected us in anyway. THEN, this spring I was out of town and my phone broke. I went to the nearest Verizon store to get a new one. I have NEVER owned a phone without insurance so I knew I had insurance. I went to that store and they said I didnt have Verizon insurance but possibly had insurance through the store. I had NO idea that was even an option. So, a few days later I was able to go to the store and they told me I did have insurance through them. When purchasing my insurance when I purchased the phone, I was never told that the insurance I paid for was only through that store. My deductible was nearly $200! SO.....I was sent a phone. The camera on the phone never worked and the screen was partially falling off. I had to purchase a special case just to keep my screen on. So, I finally went to see if they could send me a replacement because the one they sent me just got to where it wasnt working at all and they had NO record of my insurance claim. So I was sent a junk phone and am stuck with a phone that no longer works....... Will never be returning to this store and may possibly be switching from Verizon after MANY years with the company!! So frustrated!!!

1. Went in to have them warranty a phone charger that I had for only 4 months and was told it was not under warranty. Only the phone had a warranty not the factory charger. Called Verizon them self and the charger was under warranty.2. Went in also to have my sons phone changed out to a newer phone I had. Same lady told me i couldnt because the account was only in my wifes name but my name is on there as a user only and i had the 4 digit pin that i couldnt get that done eather. So again i called Verizon and they did it gladly. I believe she just didnt want to work.

I had my new phone provider and new phone quickly and professionally.

The location is easy to get to and its nice having one so close. They always help me get done and get me the information that I need! CustomerService isnt the best, their have been times where I get the answers I need, but its done in a way where you feel like a hassle.

While the store in Branson fails this one succeeds, the guy helped me out and got me set up with Verizon, I noticed Verizon had a sale on my phone for $10 a month and the guy here helped me with that again. Then I came back to get helped by the girl because my phones mic stopped working and they replaced the phone for me with no problem at all. The girl and guy duo who work here are a fun duo they lighten things up and explain how everything works very well. Sucks I have to travel from Branson to get this kind of service, but I will do it just because the service is great! Thanks again you guys.
