We were in there yesterday and they only had one customer service person who was working very very very hard to take care of his customers. They need to schedule more people to come in during the day and night because we are a 24/7 Town also. They let go of a person because he didnt have his sales up. But AT&T has to realize that people have service problems also so maybe they should hire service people to take care of questions and problems with their phones while they have other people who sell phones this way they wouldnt have such a big line I dont blame the customer service people at all I blame AT&T for not taking care of our Pahrump store

Steven Martin goes above and beyond the call of duty, always fixing my phone and being so patient with me. Also, his shop returned all the money that I overpaid them when I was rushed to get my husbands dog to the vet. Very honest and kind and trustworthy people. I actually enjoy my visits there!

Steven is very kind and super helpful, even when the technology was not at peak performance, the sales associate Steven was. He is knowledgeable and professional during the last two visits made, each lasting significantly longer than expected. He made the process less daunting and kept the time magnificently.

Got a phone in Vegas with my sister on family plan,needed help on some things, Jared was a great help fixing the issues with the phone.This was on MEMORIAL weekend on Saturday about 630pm. Fixed in less than 10 min! Very cool,thank you JARED.

Very helpful at fulfilling my needs

We went there to get information on getting a land line. They could not help us there but was given the number to call to do that with. We looked around and talked to them about some of the 📲 phones that was available, deals on trade in on our phones and plans. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

After my last visit 2 AT&T store, I was determined 2 go 2 next city over 2 do business but my husband said he had a good experience at his last visit, so I went here.Nathaniel was very attentive & patient with me & others. We were acknowledged immediately as we came in, which was nice. He explained & answered all our questions. Made me feel confident as I was learning a new phone. Great service with a brilliant smile! Thats something u dont see or get from the younger generation these days. He is definitely an amazing asset to the company, hope the upper management sees that. I am SO happy I stayed local, thanks to Nathaniel !

This AT&T store in front Nevada has done a fantastic job a did what directv said they couldnt do in the government set up with a new TV supplier in Aotea the guys in the store are super infinite any other references have been happy to give to thank you

They are always here to help with any issue i have whether it be billing, or phone issues.I have no problem complaining when service is not to my satisfaction. But, i also have no problem commending individuals who go above and beyond to help. Customers.Ive have no reservations recommending these guys to my friends which ive done in the past.If you ever need service, or product, I higly recommemd this store and the employees in it.

Leaps & bounds better service compared to before. Normally the service is slow and its evident that the employees didnt care. Recently, however the past three times Ive been here, Michael has been fantastic. Hes very informative, knowledgeable and kind. Its been exceptional service dealing with him. I recommen getting any DirecTv or AT&T service here from him. He deserves a raise

Michael was amazing, great service and knowledge. however the stores system and equipment kept freezing and crashing he had to use several tablets and desktops and i was there for over 3 hours to start service

Michael is a hero. In a couple hours in a couple visits and a few phone calls, he was able to get customer care to fix my bill and resolve my phone issues. Ive been fighting with AT&T and coming to the store since November last year.

Nat did a masterful job of fixing my phone. Sarah was a big help also. Great people to work with.

I was in need of a replacement phone due to my screen being cracked, went in on Saturday and was greeted with the upmost respect by a gentleman named Robbie. He was knowledgeable, quick to answer any question I had, made the process easy and got me a replacement phone under an upgrade through my contract. He had me out of there with in an hour, I highly recommend this store if you are looking for fast, reliable service.

The people at the store were helpful and courteous however the warranty dept of at&t are garbage not willing to work with you to replace a 3 month old phone that doesnt work will only give you a used phone for replacement not another new one

My family and I love the Pahrump location! They are friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products.

This is quite frustrating. I have been on the phone for the second time in one week. I am currently on the phone and it has been an hour and 20 minutes, and counting. I am calling regarding my Lumia 640 XL. I have recently replaced this phone to the same phone thinking it was the one i had. It wasnt. The company is doing nothing to help me with this issue. I dont want another phone that doesnt work. I would appropriate paying for a phone that works.

Got talked into buying a screen cover that cracked when mi pulled it out of the case 4 days after i bought, just get what you need, nothing but used car salesman selling lemons.
