Quick, professional service by Zack when I scratched up my IPHONE. He gave me a cost and time estimate that were absolutely true. Phone is in better shape now than when I took it to Phone Zone. Glad to have such great service without traveling to Vegas !

Im usually not one to leave reviews, but after reading that last fools review I felt as if I needed to respond. I have had PhoneZone service for going on 4 years now. It is on the Verizon network,and has far better coverage than my last carrier, and is as fast as can be. Zack is top notch and knows his stuff. This is the place to do all your phone business!

I havent experienced such amazing customer service in a very long time. In a smaller town like Pahrump, you expect smaller privately owned businesses to understand the concept of taking care of their customers. We should cater to our local community businesses, and they should value our business and make us feel appreciated. The Phone Zone is amazing. Good prices, customer service and knowledge all under one roof. Understanding the importance of my phone for my work, Kathy worked tirelessly until 9 pm to get my phone usable. Total professionalism and a tenacious attitude to do what needs to be done to keep you going and get it right is their goal. I would highly recommend you visit them for all of your phone needs. You are both awesome.

I went to the store after a T-Mobile upgrade that didn’t go to well...Cathy not only is very knowledgeable but solved my issue better than any store! Very nice and friendly lady who is always willing to help others! We were there past closing time and not once we felt rushed to get out unlike T-Mobile did! Cathy and Dixie were great!

Best place to take your phone if the other phone places dont know what they are doing. Employees here really know what they aredoing and go out of their way to help you.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever aquired,I brought my phone to phone zone in Pahrump and they handed it back to me in pieces worse off than before .I brought it to another ubreakIfix phone repair without having touched it and they told me there was no camera or microphone module left in it it and that it had been removed and not replaced.What a toilet buisness, handed me back a broken disassembled phone with stolen parts Or missed placed porc or missed placed parts.Definitely don’t go here.

Came in for a home button fix they handed my phone back to me not working at all. Still charged me.
