Werent too busy and I was able to get in and out with my new phone. Decent employees at my time of service, however I was enrolled with Protection360 even after I insisted I did not need it. Easy enough to cancel that online so no big deal. Not too sure what the $30 activation charge consists of, as I basically initialized the phone myself (short of popping the SIM card in but honestly all that takes is a sewing needle).TL;DR - Good people but the company finds any possible way to charge you more money.
Staff is friendly and helpful every time. Keep up the great work.
Awesome Techs with T-mobile, Steve Payne 😀 👍
I didnt even get a chance to become a customer, yet I got a bill in the mail! Stay FAR away from T-Mobile.I tried to sign up for service online first. The process failed on the last step. Then it said to call. So I called. And went through the whole process again. And it failed. Then they said to go into this store. They promised if I referenced the call, Id get the same prices. So I went to the store. They take my information. They drag it out for about an hour. Then, they quote me a price thats hundreds of dollars more than agreed on the phone.I tell them I dont want to proceed unless I get the price I was promised. They took 30 minutes to supposedly clear what they had entered into their systems so far. Then, about 2 weeks later I get a bill for cancelling my service. That I never finished signing up for!I call the number on the bill. Sit on hold for maybe 10-15 minutes before getting a human. She says she cant get into my account without my PIN. Which I dont have because the store threw away the piece of paper it was written on when I didnt finish signing up.Sat on the phone for 20 minutes more while she tried to reach her supervisor before getting disconnected.I called again, and finally got someone who promised to remove the charge. All this in spite of never having been a T-Mobile customer. I wanted to become a customer... Now I will never become one.In conclusion, one star is one too many. Stay away from T-Mobile.
Went in today 12/6... The shorter gentlemen with a southern accent was rude to me. I went with to with the phone carrier next door for my needs instead.... happy I did. Do better, guy... or find a job you like.
Good People workin there happy with the way I was treated !!!
I was in this store yesterday, 12/19/20 and it is aweful. I have been a T Mobile customer for over 10 years and have never been treated so poorly. The older short guy with longish hair was very rude, disrespectful, unaware, and un professional. I was so excited to not have to drive to Vegas for my phone needs, but I guess Ill have to. I read the other reviews and I am not the first person to complain about this employee. Hes the guy with the southern accent. Obviously the manager of this store does not take customer complaints seriously at all.
This place is great always very helpful
I went in there, very unprofessional. All they did was talk badly about the other companies in town without offering any real help to me.
These are my peeps, let me tell you. As professional and friendly as they come, always organized and knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for better service. 🙂
Awesome people.more than helpful
Very long wait to get help
All updated on @googlemaps
Very disappointed in the merger .no matter how hard these folks tried to help me, Sprint would not allow it. I have a commercial acct with Sprint. No matter what info I gave them at the store.they were blocked from helping me upgrade one of my phones.
