I went in for an oil change and left with a beautiful new Highlander ! I will miss my Tacoma but I love my new Highlander Hybrid so far !

I decided to bring my car into Toyota of Palestine do to how wonderful they seemed after a Halloween event they had. I needed a 100,000 mile service on my 2015 Chevy Sonic. They assured me they could do that. I paid $950 for the service. They didnt replace the timing belt which according to the manual is part of the required service at 100,000. My car has never run worse then shortly after the service. My car has been lighting up like a Christmas tree after. The oil change light is on but they said they changed the oil. Its throwing a code for the timing belt. The check engine light is lit up. The transmission also seems to be having problems after the transmission flush they did and there was no problems with my transmission before this service.Ive tried calling several times and they say they will call me back and I have yet to hear from anyone.I paid $950 for my car to have issues that werent previously there. I waited almost am hour before I asked what was going on with my car. I think they need to let customers know if it will be awhile after the employee takes it. They did check on for me and told me what the hold up was. Other than that.... awesome otherwise.

I was looking for something to have low mileage so I was interested in a Toyota CHR. My choices were between Toyota Palestine and to go to Rockwall. I decided to try to shop local and provide business to some of the smaller towns. I this day regret coming to Palestine Toyota. I purchased a vehicle it had about 23,000 miles with worn out tires. So that leaves me replacing tires 2 months after purchasing a newly used vehicle from a company that claims safety. one of the worst things I can only have imagined was purchasing a vehicle thats smells like something that has died in it. We have tried scrubbing and all kinds of deodorizers and so far the smell comes back whenever it warms up outside. I have contacted Toyota Palestine and all I get is the same run around we will detail it so I have taken it back just to have the same results. I dont know what their idea of detailing is but leaving dog hair and all kinds of dirt in areas I dont even know how it got in its not the best customer service and cleaning. I at times what you just drop this car off in their dealer parking lot and deal with the repercussions because I left them a very nice clean car as trade in and got this which Im very displeased with. Then also another issue was lying. the salespeople were so eager to get a sale that they lied to me telling me no other finance companies would take my loan. days after my purchase I receive all kinds of letters from different big huge banks that are well known and I have dealt with in the past telling asking me for my business. I plan on refinancing this vehicle soon and I will never deal with a company that lies and is dishonest. Another thing I kind of wanted to bring out to the owner of Palestine Toyota you might want to make sure youre not using employees who are dishonest. While speaking with a person who details he mentioned how his wife brings all kinds of animals and vehicles blah blah blah so now Im wondering if he used his vehicle to haul ducks or some other animal that and thats why the smell is so bad in here. My bed off and I try to go to a company that I know has well built cars and dependable cars and get treated like an idiot. The more I think about it and think about it its a disgrace to Toyota and I hope other people know how crooked this has become for me. And I dont regret putting this post I hope that other people do see this because it has been a nightmare 3 to 4 months after purchasing this car that I have to drive and smell this and I get to know results other than well lets try to do this All you had to do was take the car back and replace the seating the carpet.

Went into the store a few weeks back and was impressed by the service. It was pouring down rain but the guys were able to assist me under the drive area. Quick and easy.

These guys were AMAZING a few months ago when I had to have my Oil Changed and a Flush and Fill of Radiator. Not from around this area, but was in town for business. They even helped me out by picking up my Vehicle from the store I was working in temporarily, which greatly helped me out!!!!Would reccomend to anyone in Palestine and Surrounding areas. Excellent service, and a Great price!

Waited for 2 hrs even though I had an appointment. When I got my car a strange noise that wasnt there before was there. I know the driver that parked it should have heard it. So I immediately went back in. They said they rotated the tires when they shouldnt have. I am waiting again. ☹
