Due to the store closing to the public....I give it 2 stars. I also gave the 2 stars because the store was unbearably hot. With a facemask on, it makes it hard to breathe. Turn the A.C. on for people? And make it almost cold in the store. People will spend more money that way. I wanted to shop for birthday gifts, and I couldnt spend more time due to the uncomfortable conditions.

They are closing and have a big sale going on. I was ok with the cost. But the customer service rep was no knowledgeable about their clothing. I was very disappointed because I needed to buy clothing at a good price.

Brandi did moms hair and it looks the best its looked in over a decade! My sisters also use her and their hair transformation is outstanding. My oldest sisters hair was brittle and not growing at all and now its soft and longer than its been sense 2009. Go see her, your hair will thank you.

Its going out of business and although they have lots of items to sell, they still have high prices.

We make the drive down to Palestine every once in awhile to shop at Pennys. There are always really cheap markdowns and a brief walk through the old mall is always neat. The malls of the 80s really need to make a reemergence. It was a good time in America

Store is fine. The help is hard to find. Price wise its the most expensive if the National Stores here in Palestine. The selection is small probably due to the prices. Items made by same designers can be found in same location and for wholesale prices. If they had good customer service, you might pay the prices, as it is hit them on the end of season end of season 50% off pink tags and additional 40% off everything in store. That is amazing and if you know this truck shopping a few days out of the year at Pennys is worth it. The rest, head to the other stores or downtown for service that is inline with prices.

The sale they have is confussing 20 to 50 percent off. With the card not without pay by other means it Wii be 15 percent. Nice stuff little over priced but with mark downs NOT bad

They had a nice sale. I did get a couple of items. Staff was pleasant and the store was clean. Since it is about 50 miles from ne, I do not go often.

Very nice and helpful. Told us another place in town that could help with watch repair since they did not have what was needed to fix mine. Also helped check prices on some luggage.

Jenna at the Palestine store is the sweetest most helpful employee I have ever met. She made our shopping experience so much fun. Thank you Jenna for being so sweet and helpful.

I experienced excellent customer service. Jenna Rosenberd I believe was the young lady who help me. She was kind and courteous and made sure I could get everything I needed in my budget. She was beyond helpful and I’m very thankful.

I’m really happy with my online ordering & picking up my purchases at the counter readily available upon entering the store, however, it’s hard for me to shop in store because of all the clutter. The associates are friendly & helpful, though.

Hired me an then sent me a letter rescinding their offer of employment over my background check which they were told during the interview that I had a marijuana misdemeanor. Wouldnt even get on the phone with me I had to say I was someone else an trick them! Theyd stutter, say they had a call an would call right back but never would. Then the letter came. UNPROFESSIONAL and weak leaders.

All I wanted to buy was a pair of mens jeans. I could have gone to __and bought 5 pair for what Penneys charges. The right fit and size wasnt available in cheapest ones. Now, I know why I dont shop there.

Only place you can find actual dresses. Another plus is the store personnel doesnt follow you around and watch you the whole time your there like that other store does. Your free to shop.

Hair Salon- Ive never been so overcharged, plus, I was shopping at another store when I discovered my hair was longer on one side than the other. Payback because I was little late? ( I did call ahead ) Ill probably only return for a return/refund of a product. But the minimal services and lopsided hair TRIM...hmmm, guess my $$ tip wasnt enough. Never, ever again!

Had my hair cut by Dot....she looked at my pictures and listened to what I said..HIGHLY reccomend her!

I was concern at first becasue my stylish admitted she has never worked on ethnic type hair.. I commend her honesty but i know that everyone has to start somewhere..... SHELBY was amazing. My daughter went from shoulder lenght to the shortest she has ever had halle berry short i will find a way to post pic on the site.. Not my favorite JC Penney, and I love JC Penney. They now have a huge clearance section of off season clothes that are still not a great deal. The regular store items are always the reason I go to JCP.
