Serena, who was working at 12:30 AM on Tuesday September 7th decided she wanted to talk to her man instead of checking me out. I was told by her to go seek out another employee who was making food to pay for my drinks and gas.Im sorry, but if youre on the clock and youre intentionally telling customers to find someone else to check you out so you can talk to your man, go home. Stopped in to grab a some drinks. Restroom was covered in toilet paper in the stalls. Well they may have been short staffed so understandable, seen a hat liked it the tag that was the original said $19.99 when it rang up its was $27. So I looked at the tag seen it said $19.99 as did the cashier. I went and grabbed another that said $19.99 same thing. $27.99. I asked if there was someone to fix the price he said I can take it off and you can talk to a manager tomorrow. He probably does NOT like his job. Nonetheless Im not sure why he was more flustered than I;

Tiffany needs a new job out of customer service!!I gave this place 3 stars because its clean and organized. We stop here often on our way to Shreveport.its brightly lit, clean and organized. The staff however doesnt match. We stopped in Friday night about Midnight staff was nice. Return trip today was total opposite. We paid for $50 worth of gas we pumped $0.62 pump shut off. We alert the woman inside, Tiffany of the problem. She said the pump is working. Refunds our money resets the pump. Try again. Pump again shuts off at $0.62. Again refunds our money move to a different pump get our gas. Go in for a final receipt person pumping at the faulty pump now goes in to report that their pump shut off after pumping $0.62. Same thing she tells the person the pump is working. This trip to the gas station took 45 minutes, she was rude, and told us and the other person it was us not the pump. All 3 trips inside she was rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing because she had to reset the pump multiple times. She kept saying to anyone who would listen There was nothing wrong with the pump. Really???

Awesome station. Clean and big. Drive through car wash. Shell rewards accepted.

Always get gas here. Have never got any bad. Pay at pump.

Got changed 5.00 for a thermos refill of coffee. Cheaper in NYC and Alaska
