I purchased my living room set from Bassett and when they delivered it, . we can clearly see the Furniture is defective. Our family waited for over 5 months and what we received is poor quality furniture.They have refused to refund me the money back and still have not come to remove the defective Furniture from our home.Based on my experience with them I will never go into another Bassett store. Not worth the time and money... Do not buy

I will start by saying that I absolutely LOVE Bassett Furniture, and LOVE the store itself. The furniture is beautiful, classic while being unique, and the showroom constantly changes. We have loved the furniture we have purchased from there, and always seem to return no matter how many other stores we may go to to see whats out there!In one of our recent experiences, we had an issue with the way our dining room table was finished when it came in. While the process of getting it right was perhaps a bit less than seamless, the work done our behalf by Samantha at Customer service, and Gracemarie, the store manager in Palm Beach Gardens, not only made everything right, but turned what really could have become a negative experience, into an extremely POSITIVE one (to the point where I am now writing this glowing, 5 star review)!We were so impressed with how much both of those women (and our great salesperson, Patricia) truly cared, and how they worked to make sure that we were happy in the end, and got the furniture we paid for and wanted, while making sure that the inconvenience was taken into consideration.This experience has made us true Bassett loyalists, and we are so appreciative that in this time, when business is booming and other furniture stores barely call you back once the sale is made, that Bassett employs people who truly care and want satisfied, happy customers. A million thanks to Gracemarie and her team (and Samantha too)!

My husband and l worked with Lisa yesterday and this morning, and she was terrific. She was very patient and knowledgeable and was extremely easy to work with . We needed to replace a sofa and brought in the fabric of the chairs in the room. Lisa showed us several fabric choices for the sofa and then the pillows ...all the fabric options that she pulled would have worked well were all perfect.Lisa really took time to explain all the seating options ( it was like picking out a mattress) and the finishing style of the pillows, feet etc.My daughter bought a Basset sofa in NJ about two years ago and it has held up well... even with two young boys and a dog. She got the protection plan which we also got and has had to use it . The plan is a must and Basset has stood behind it for her.

I cannot say enough good things about Damien. He’s a talented designer who really cared about picking the perfect pieces, colors and materials for our home. He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns even after hours. Bassett is lucky having him on their design team! Go see Damien & please tell him Lynne sent you! Lynne Poirier

Not worth the money!! My husband and I bought new couches and spent quite a bit of money thinking these couches would last a long time. Within the first month the couch started squeaking, they sent someone out 3 times and their fix was putting baby powder. I’m sorry but when I spend $6000 on a couch, it shouldn’t squeak and baby powder is not the remedy. They finally decide it must be defective after this going on for about 4-5 months. They make a new couch and within the first 30 days this one is squeaking. They send the repair guy out and he adds a screw to each side. It stops squeaking for maybe 3 weeks. Months later it’s still squeaking! Not to mention the amount of strings hanging from the fabric on the bottom of the couch and the piping on one cushion that looks like it was done completely wrong. So needless to say that cushion is wearing unevenly. I will not spend another penny with this company. The quality doesn’t live up to the price tag!!!
