Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Ethan Allen store is my favorite place to purchase furniture for my home. The designers are helpful and patient. They always come up with excellent suggestions. Im a lover of upscale traditional furniture. Ethan Allen has the best furniture in that category in my opinion. The quality is consistent and dependable. I know my purchases will withstand the demands of family life and last for decades.

We bought new furniture for our new home. The designer was great. We are happy with everything we purchased. The delivery process was smooth. Good communication and delivery. We had one issue with some doors to a console but customer service was attentive and solved it quickly. Couldnt be happier and will be purchasing more from Ethan Allen.

She was very pleasant, and even came to our home to take measurements that she used as a basis for suggesting a number of different furniture and design ideas for our living and dining area. We loved all of her ideas and suggestions, and felt that she was very honest and accommodating throughout the entire process. We highly recommend her services and ideas in decorating and designing your home, and will be sure to work with her again!

Our designer Noreen Sachs was incredible. Her visit to our home to check the exact dye lot was impressive. The leather sofa is gorgeous. It actually arrived weeks before we expected. Delivery was super White Glove.We look forward to future relations with Ethan Allen & Noreen. Highly recommend.

We did a total remodel of our condo and worked with Debi Phillips. She is amazing! We met with her a couple times and she really understood our design style. We loved all of her ideas which made this an easy process as we dont live in Florida full time. She met with the delivery people and had our condo so beautiful when we arrived.!!We also worked with Debi on furnishing our mothers room at a memory care facility. I have been working with Lidia Monti in the Palm Beach Gardens store since I moved to Jupiter in 2018. Originally from the Northeast, I had a very traditional style that needed to be updated. Mary B. did a fantastic job matching fabrics to complete my family room. She knew my tastes and has a good eye for color coordination. She communicated with me promptly and my couch and fabric were delivered as she said. The quality of my couch is very nice and I know it will hold up for many, many years. Weve bought Ethan Allen furniture for the past 26 years, and this time it was a HUGE disappointment. The only bright light in this VERY LONG process was the delivery teams and the furniture repair man they sent. The furniture is nice (now that theyve corrected all the errors which took 5 months from original order placement) but definitely not the quality of the Ethan Allen we had once enjoyed. Honestly all they cared about was that we could pay them. TONS of things done wrong and NEVER did anyone even apologize for the inconvenience, offer a discount, or call me to follow up or give updates on the outstanding issues. All anyone ever wanted to do was blame someone else for the problems. First delivery came but the mirror we ordered was completely cracked. Second delivery was an entertainment center and sectional. Entertainment center doors were hung crooked, it came with glass doors instead of solid wood, handles on drawers attached at a slope, and the sectional pieces didnt even fit together. New mirror arrives with no hardware to hang it. Nothing ever happened with the corrections unless I initiated contact to check on the order. Customer service says design center handles accessories, design center tells me a different story. Original order placed around July 25. Final corrected piece received December 21.When spending $26,000+ on furniture, we expected more in the way of customer service and much more from our designer, Lisa. Whenever I called/texted her to get a status report, she would tell me she wasnt in the office so please email her my questions so that when she returns to work she would remember to follow up. Im completely supportive of someone not handling work issues on their days off, but with a client in which everything has gone wrong, I didnt think it was my responsibility to keep her to do list. I realize she has customers that spend much more money than we were spending, but this experience was just so bad. Ethan Allen isnt what it used to be, and theyve lost this customer forever. This was my go to furniture company, now I need a suitable replacement for them. On a positive note, I ordered a dining set from Birch Lane and also had various issues, but their customer service was amazing and they discounted the item by nearly $700 by the time it was all over (less than one month from start to finish).

Home decor is not my thing...fortunately it is Mary Carols thing! She immediately got what I wanted, helped me chose fabrics and put it all together. She made a house call and helped me arrange my furniture. She even helped me choose my paint color! I found Ethan Allen to be low stress- the designers were helpful but left me alone when I wanted to browse. Mary Carol has a great eye but never imposed her own taste on me. Highly recommend!

Debi Phillips came highly recommended to me by my neighbor when I was looking into remodeling my living room while dealing with a water damage problem at the same time. Debi was like God sent! She listened to the changes I was planning on when she visited me. I was later blown away by my 1st visit to the Ethan Allen showroom in Palm Beach Gardens. Debi had great ideas and the pieces of furniture as well as fabric she chose tied in so very well with everything else I had in my house. I am a happy customer! I met Susan Diamond at a Home Show and was in the market for a new bed! I had a style in mind but hadnt decided on the material. Susan invited me down to the showroom and patiently went through the materials and showed me a bed along with wood finishes until I picked, what I feel are the perfect colors for me! I was in the middle of refreshing and wanted to coordinate the paint with my new purchase and Susan made sure I had a swatch! We had a small delay in shipment and she graciously kept me in the loop. Once my custom bed was finished, she reached out and set up delivery! The Delivery was seamless and the Men that delivered the bed insisted they place the mattress on even after I said my Husband and I could do it! Top notch service!!

The showroom was beautiful and sales person was very friendly and helpful. They work well with you on the space and function.After 4 weeks The furniture was scheduled for delivery the next day and discovered damaged. It needed to be reordered. We had cleared out the room and created a mess in the other rooms.They neglected to order the piece until I called after 3 weeks checking on it. Waited again.The delivery men were wonderful. They were careful and friendly.Finally got the furniture but a piece had slight damage on the bottom in 2 places. They were going to send a repairman, but I didn’t want to tie up my day again and set up the room. They discounted the piece 10%.Custom furniture is a challenge and expense. The handling of the pieces should be more carful.

We worked with Samantha, who is absolutely wonderful & talented. We recently moved to a new home and had to sell furniture that was 16 years old that no longer worked in the current space. Samantha did a wonderful job with working new pieces in with some existing furniture, drapes and decor. We love the fresh look and how she guided us to pattern & fabric choices that were within the style we like. I would recommend stopping in to visit Samantha.

Purchase experience was very good, delivery of merchandise was good but both pieces we ordered had issues. One very minor that was rectified by going into the store and getting a part that the fixture needed the other piece was delivered in very poor quality. Not expected by a company like Ethan Allen. Hardware doesn’t line up, doors don’t line up, stain on piece is poorly done! Not happy at all! Target will replace a damaged piece. William Sonoma and restoration hardware who we recently purchased from will replace a piece you are not happy with no questions asked! Ethan Allen i will never buy from again!

I have been working with Mary Blaidsdell from the PGA Store for a few months now. I am a returning Ethan Allen customer. The transformation of my home is unreal. While 90% of my furniture was EA originally I can now thank Mary for saying Im 100% Ethan Allen. Her vision to redo my office in my home was perfection. I am so happy. Along the way I replaced bedroom ensembles for a more updated look along with artwork, carpets and decorative accents. My home looks beautiful and it was all thanks to my wonderful designer Mary. It was not just her designer vision it was also the endless time she spent locating items for me. Highly recommend this EA as the staff are just wonderful. A pleasure doing business with them.

My experience at Ethan Allen Palm Beach Gardens was perfect in every way! My designer Debi Phillips was a joy to work with. She listened to what I wanted and has such excellent taste that the results exceeded my expectations in every way. From the delivery personnel to the drapery installer, all were professional and did a beautiful job.

Ethan Allen did a great job on our new place. Everything was meticulously executed. Our designer Lydia from PBG store provided a great experience with design. Our furniture and all the beautiful details were executed to perfection and our delivery men extremely courteous and CLEAN. You would never know they had been there. We are such fans of this company!

Excellent furniture quality. Have been a customer for 22 years. My current designer really listened and came up with a beautiful selection of pieces for our family room and kitchen. Sadly, she left, but the transition was handled very well with a new designer. There were a few delivery hiccups, but when they were addressed by Bill, Lidia, and Krista; all was taken care of professionally, and timely.

Samantha Norley has been an absolute gem to work with. Beautiful sense of style and a very easygoing person. Very glad we were able to work with her. She is awesome.

Thought a Great employee helped with my order. Unfortunately the paperwork she used to design the couch were wrong. But then turned out she was wrong. So the order came in wrong.Now I have half a setup in my living room after waiting 2 months to receive it. The company only says Sorry. Now in 2 more months we can get it. It took 10 days to get my refund . They insisted on their money before I got to see the product. I think a discount would be fair at minimum for my inconvenience but no one offered any thing... Expensive and entitled company not great for customer service. I did get a refund but only when I asked for it. And was not going to except the final piece when it finally arrived. Beware

Purchased a $5000 leather sofa... most uncomfortable sofa ever experienced... Surface very hard... Start hurting after 15 minutes of seating down.... great for fixing a couch potato problem...Was told about the proverbial comfortable Ethan Allen furniture!!!!... Stay away from leather...
