I Cant say enough GOOD about George and Yavonni working at the store. My old SE was not keeping a charge so I talked with George and he hooked me up with a great plan, a new phone and watch during a promo. They set up everything with my account and it was effortless. THANK YOU AGAIN.

We stopped in here to buy a new phone and the employee advised us to go to the Apple Store instead which I thought was kind of odd. The employee wanted to talk to us about our monthly bill and even though we werent interested in that conversation he continued to discuss it. I probably wont come back again I didnt find him very helpful.

Was on the phone with customer service for 3 hours, without resolution of my problem. Frustrated, I went into the store and they were able to help me within 20 minutes. Next time just skip the customer service and go right into the store.

The customer service at this location has been exceptional. I have always been received with courteous, prompt and professional assistance. Roman has always resolved any issue and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this location and appreciate their entire team.

George was a great help, couldn’t decide whether to stick with samsung or get an iphone but he really knew how to weigh the pros and cons of each. Honestly a real delight to be around and made me feel welcome!

Awesome service! Would definitely recommend this store, the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. I did a phone upgrade and Roman didnt skip a beat, Mike was also super supportive as was the third gentleman (didnt catch his name). Very happy with my new phone Samsung S10e, all in all couldnt have asked for better experience.

Best AT&T store Ive been to without a doubt. Everywhere else I go, I always feel rushed and never get the quality help that I do here. Everyone is so friendly and very patient with any and all questions. The employees that I have come across are especially knowledgeable about fixing any problems, and also know how to work with you to get the best deal within your budget. I cant imagine anyone leaving here dissatisfied. Ricardo Rios is one of the staff members that has helped me out the most! You can always count on him and the entire store as a whole. If youre looking for no lines and great service, this is it. Kudos to this great establishment!

I bought a new iPad and noticed there is no SIM card fir Wi-Fi use. Got to the AT&T store to get a SIM card on Friday January 17. At 8:50AM waiting for the store to open At 9am as the sign stated and online. Lights were off and no one showed up at 9am. I waited until 9:08am and the store still closed. Called the store and no one answer the phone. Left a voicemail and left. No one called back. Drove back to the store at 10:00am. The store was open and the lady was at the back of the store. She came out and informed meThat the SIM card will cost 5 dollars. This is ridiculous as I’ve talked to Apple support and AT&T customer support and they just said come in and get a SIM card as it was supposed to be in the iPad to begin with.Horrible customer service at this store and no willingness to help a client.I will not be recommending this store.

Ugh!!! Little girls run the store and they didnt know ANYTHING. kept telling me, I dont know, and to call customer service, what are they?? Not customer service?? ...... did not make a bit of sense. I’m a very nervous person I needed a new iPhone because my had crashed in the rain. I’m old I came in and this wonderful girl Tatiana help me she had the most amazing patiencein the world not only did she sell me a new fabulous iPhone EXR but she downloaded every single thing and even reminded me of things that I would have forgotten. The best part is while we were working this lady came in and interrupted and she was so polite to the lady and kept her there and work with the lady and me at the same time. Nobody in the world should be able to do that I couldn’t believe my own eyes and I kept thanking God all day because she was an angel to me. She should get a promotionThe next day I came back with a bunch of questions with stuff that I couldn’t figure out myself. This guy Yovani who is the manager was there and he was so sweet and kind and intelligent that he help me with every single thing. Tatiana was there too and she helped too. Not only will I buy my next iPhone here but I will buy an iPad until everybody who will listen to go there I highly recommend this place I give it 100 stars .

Run!!! Horrible service, the store was a mess with cases, debris and merchandise skewed all around the floor. The person working, which was only one person that we could see, never greeted us, said hello or acknowledge our presence. My girlfriend and I continued wait for about 20 minutes and then left. I strongly suggest going to another AT&T store!!!!

Run dont walk away from this store, When trying to pay monthly Bill I use cash and it make it easier I payforward onto next billing amount but office personnel can not understand this concept usually have to exsplain Im paying the whole amount plus I rounded offf Bill to next highest demoniator but 3 times now they pay posted amount and think Im giving the store my remaining change, New management for 2019. Previous years since opening this store was Top Notch

I have been so grateful for the patient and gracious assistance rendered by both Ricardo and Jadrien. I have been in with various questions at least 5 times since purchasing my phone 2 months ago. To them, no question is silly, and they are clear with their answers. They have cemented my loyalty to ATT.

This was the worst experience ever, I had 2 wrong phones sent to me, was told I could go into any store and exchange them, all new in the boxes. Well since this was work for them with no sales, no commission the worker and manager proceeded to tell me that they would have to cancel everything done on my account and reupgrade my lines. Which would then result in a $250 early upgrade or a monthly fee per month for each phone and another 2 yr contract. Please learn customer service and dont EVER try to sell and fool a salesperson, Im a woman, not an idiot!

These guys are awesome, best experience Ive gotten out of all of the at&t stores Ive ever visited.

I have been to several ATT stores in the past and the service was mediocre, waiting in line for hours and then when finally getting some service the representative is not very knowledgeable. It is not a very pleasurable experience. This store however is fantastic. You do NOT have to wait in line! Ricardo Rios is super personable and very knowledgable! He really knows his products! He made my experience wonderful! He is an outstanding salesmen! I highly recommend this store over any other ATT store, they will get you just what you want and do it quickly. They also take their time and make sure you are completely happy and comfortable with your new products before leaving! They have really set the bar high for outstanding costumer service!

Asked three times not to put insurance on the account and was told it wouldn’t be added. Check the account when phone arrives and I’m getting charged for newly added insurance.
