This is the worst store I’ve ever been in my life . The salespeople almost attack you or ignore you. The short blonde manager interrupted me and a salesgirl and I was so turned off by her unprofessional behavior I left the store immediately. Also I tried to look into Lancôme and the salespeople were too busy fixing their own makeup. The whole store is so dirty and gross especially since Covid . I feel stressed out when I go in there. I think it really downgrades some of the higher end brands and it’s unfortunate they have poor management.

Emily cuts & colors my hair at the salon. Shes the Best! She is such a talented stylist. I really love the Ulta rewards program,, it has saved me so much money!I earn rewards points from my salon visits as well as product purchases. The store is always well stocked with product.

This ulta location is the best one I’ve been to. I have had the pleasure of getting my haircut and dyed from this salon and Nicole is so wonderful! She is a true artist. Everyone who works here is so helpful and kind, it really feels welcoming whenever I go for my hair appointments.

I have been trying to purchase a Gua Sha stone from Ulta for a few months now and they are continually out of stock. I was disappointed to see again today they did not have the product I wanted to purchase.

I do love the wide range of products here, but it can be a bit overwhelming when looking for something new. The staff are friendly, but seem more interested in talking to each other than their customers. I went in looking for a new moisturizer and left with a cream and many other products as well (quite an expensive trip!) and found that the moisturizer really didnt do anything to address my concerns, so I feel like the person who helped me was more interested in piling on products that they liked rather than guiding me toward the best option. Ill shop here again, but will go in armed with my own research instead of relying on their product knowledge.

CLIENTS BEWARE: MISCHA GOMEZ at the Palm Beach Gardens salon is rude, lazy, careless, and flat-out horrible at cutting hair. Its unbelievable that a store like Ulta would employ and tolerate this type of employee. DO NOT LET MISCHA GOMEZ TOUCH YOUR HAIR - YOU WILL REGRET IT

The Customer Service Personnel was not only helpful in locating the best Cologne but very knowledgeable about the various perfums and toiletts; fresh and woodsy scents. I had a great experience and haircut here with Emily. She listened well, kept my long hair long, and the style was even better than I had hoped for. Scheduling online is a bonus and I had no scheduling issues as others have described. Given the reasonable price and location inside Ulta, I wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised and my hair has never looked better.

I came in and talked to one of the employees about a free gift that came with the Tarte Shape Tape concealer. She told me that if I got it I would get a small sample kit and my choice of a travel sized Glow Wand. When I got to the checkout the girl forgot to put the gift in the bag so I politely asked about the promotion. She looked a little confused and eventually gave it to me. Then I asked if I could also get the Glow Wand and she said no. I told her that I had talked to another employee about it and said “is there anything you could possibly do for me? I bought this concealer specifically for the gift that came with it.” And she still said no and didn’t even ask anyone or offer to ask the other employee that I talked to. It was very busy in the store and I wasn’t going to make a scene over a travel size Glow Wand so I left the store very disappointed that the employees in the store either don’t know or don’t honor promotions in the store.

Stores like this can be overwhelming for me, but the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love that they listen and don’t try to push products on me that I don’t need, definitely helps me feel less overwhelmed and I now enjoy going back! I also started using the salon, Emily & Nina are great and very skilled! They are the only ones I have found in Years who will cut my hair just as I asked, I won’t go anywhere else

Staff very friendly, but not circulating enough to help the customers. They stay at or behind the counter too much conducting personal conversations. All in all, great selection and variety, prices are comparable on some things and a bit lower on others. Only go there every so often. I find the same things I use at another place for less.

This place is too expensive. I like to support local shops but this shop makes me want to shop online. The staff there is rude & snobby. Really need to think about hiring people that carry themselves well... I appreciate professional businesses & this location is not like a few others I have shopped at.

I love Ulta because they have a great selection of products from high end spa products to drugstore brands. Their rewards program blows the competition away! The only bad thing about this location is the parking because it is small, next to a Trader Joes and hard to navigate through. I recommend to use extra caution when using the parking in front of the store.

First time I had ever been at an ulta. I walked in a bit confused and overwhelmed. I was instantly greeted by a lovely young lady named Linda. She greeted me with a warm smile and as soon as she found out I had never been in any Ulta before her face lit up she welcomed me and instantly addressed my needs. She explained what ulta was what they offered and even sat me down at her counter and gave me a full treatment. I walked out feeling beautiful and so grateful to her. She didnt treat me like a sale she got to know me. I will be returning to only this location. It can be overwhelming going into a place like this she made it super easy and fun.

Beautifull shopping experience. A big plus is that you can try make up. Samples are displayed. Great to try new products and a fantastic way to know what you are actually buying. That makes all the difference.

Makeup is not really my strong suit, but the team at this location truly make you feel super welcome, and share their wealth of knowledge. I love coming here.

October 13th was an extremely hard day for me. At 6pm that evening I had to give a eulogy at my best friends funeral. Anxiety and stress about being on camera convinced me that I needed my makeup done and I needed it done professionally. A girlfriend of mine mentioned Ulta. The closet location to me was completely booked, I then dialed the number to the PGA location. The woman who answered the phone was kind and knowledgeable of the cost, services and availability. I told her I needed an appointment as soon as possible. She came back to the phone and told me they had an appointment for me booked. I came in and spoke to the first employee I found because I didnt know where to go. (Not that it wasnt organized properly I honestly was in a daze.) She led me to Elise (Im sorry if I spelt this wrong) from the time I walked up to the chair Elise was beyond amazing. She was kind, warm so friendly and for a moment while she was doing my makeup I forgot every stress of that day and was just able to listen to all of her wonderful tricks, tips and ideas. She taught me a lot in our session and I will be back to purchase all of the wonderful makeup she used. I cant thank the Ulta team and Elise enough.

Corey, the manager, was crucial in helping me find what kind of smells I prefer in perfumes and colognes. According to the 3 different colognes I told him I enjoy (which were Dolce & Gabbana The One, Hugo Boss - old school one in a grey box, & Amor Amor for Men), I prefer the possibly musky, woody, and spicy smell. I believe the spicy aspect to the colognes is what I truly appreciate.Corey also assisted me in choosing a gentle yet reasonably priced face exfoliant, which Ive been desperately needing advice on!There was also a shorter, black haired woman on the floor who assisted me in trying and finding different colognes and perfumes.Everyone here was exceptionally helpful and kind, and I can only hope they are recognized for their efforts!

Ive purchased brand name cosmetics and Ulta brands and found Ulta brands were just as great. They carry so many different popular brands that expect to be over whelmed. The employees are very kind very knowledgeable, helpful to assit you here. They give you samples with every purchase! Parking is a hassle but worth the effort to see this store. It is not handicap friendly, although some isles are larger and less displays to cut through. Enjoy!

Staff avoids helping and act put out when you ask for help. I asked for a product in a different shade and she simply said no we are out and walked away . No suggestions of another product perhaps a different shade .... no she just went and found her cart and unenthusiastically filled the shelves restocking. I will only order online. I left this store without buying a single item because it was clear that someone told the workers to follow me around the store. Very rude and obvious. I am a Diamond member with Ulta so obviously Im not stealing anything. Will never return to this location. Maybe they need to stop looking down from their noses and focus on stocking and organizing the store-because thats what really needed done. I went to the store at the outlets instead and received superb service from a better stocked store. Id rather drive farther than be treated like a criminal.

This place is a joke. The coupons I get somehow never work on anything I try to buy, I thoroughly read the exclusion list. The staff cant seem to tell me why the coupons wont work other than some other items arent included. Ive tried 3 different times with 3 different brands of merchandise. Most of the same exact products are a lot cheaper at other stores anyway. I cant seem to get help when I need it, I wander around looking for someone to help. I called to ask how to get off the mailing list because Im not shopping at Ulta again, the lady was condescending, she chuckled and said oh youre complaining about getting too much mail. Maybe other locations arent so bad but Im done trying to shop here anymore.

I went in to exchange a nail polish my friend got me for my birthday because I didnt like the colour. Obviously I did not have a receipt it was a gift, an older woman said she cant return/exchange it because I dont have proof of purchase. The whole situation made me feel very interrogated over a bottle of nail polish ! I can understand pricey items in large quantities but this was a $9 polish ! It took a manager to exchange it for me, which was all I wanted in the first place. I wont be shopping at ulta. Sephora has better customer service.

Brow bar is the best!!! Do not use their room for brow waxing, they do not map your brow and mine were severely messed up and is taking me 3 months to regrow.... use benefit!

This is hands down the WORST Ulta ive ever been too. I love that they have many employees at this Ulta. Every time I come to this specific Ulta, ALL the employees follow me around the store, never asking if I need help, they just follow me and watch me as if I cant see them. They dont even make it subtle either. Im hispanic and when I read the reviews of people complaining that the employees follow them and assume customers of color will steal, I believe it because it always happens to me. Its completely disgusting that its 2019 and racism is still happening. I shop at the Ulta in Port St Lucie. They treat people of color like anyone else.

I had the worse experience over the weekend here. I walked in with my nieces and we were looking for makeup for graduation. I noticed when we walked in all the employees were staring and i didnt think anything of it until i overheard an employee (whose name i found out at the front was Cory ) who also happens to be the manager, say into a mic keep an eye on the black girls with braids that just walked in) i felt so disgusted being in there every second being harassed by these employees. I am a valued customer and to be treated like a criminal & being racially profiled is a shame. Do better ulta. & The employee also got extremely rude because i asked for her managers name. As if she didnt want to give it to me ! Im reporting this situation with corporate as well . HE IS A RACIST !!! IF YOUR BLACK OR SPANISH THEY WILL FOLLOW YOU ! BE AWARE. If u are black they will harass you and claim you fit a description !

Dont bother with the salon - TERRIBLE customer service. I had an appointment booked for Tuesday, they called me Tuesday AM to tell me it would need to be rescheduled and they had availability for the same time, 6:30, on Thursday. I accepted the new time, only to get a call Wednesday evening that they would have to cancel my appointment AGAIN, and there was nothing they could do. I offered to come in earlier, but I was given no real explanation for what happened, just told there wasnt enough time to complete my cut and color. Then why was it scheduled in the first place? I called Ulta on Palm Beach Lakes, and they said they cold take me for the same services at 6:30, so totally dont understand their excuse about time. If you need a reliable place for a hair salon, this Ulta location is NOT it. I highly advise looking elsewhere.

I really hate to admit it, but I come to this store quite a bit.As a loyal Sephora customer, I used to walk by the place and not even look twice. One day, my friend convinced me to go with her and I fell in love! I love that this place carries it all - prestige cosmetics brands, drugstores brands, nail polishes, body care, hair care, etc, etc, etc. Also, I think their rewards program is better than Sephoras as well since you can redeem your points for a discount instead of a tiny sample of something youll never use.As far as this location, its not very big and not tidy most of the time. Usually they have everything in stock.Four stars because most of the time, the ladies that work here look grumpy and talk too much amongst themselves rather than help customers.

Shelled out an obnoxious amount of money for color that ended up not even being CLOSE to what I wanted and it looks about the same as it did when I walked in today. Then I was told that it would be an additional $40 for a trim! A TRIM!! I’m talking 1/2” all atound-NOT a major overhaul. Seriously irritated.

Im not one to write reviews but Ive been in ulta three times in the past week and I have only gotten an attitude from one girl but she has given me an attitude every time which made me decide to try shopping at sephora down the street.
