I had an issue with a damaged item that I purchased and the store manager, Jackie, I believe, did an outstanding job to make things right. She went above and beyond in her customer service. Every time I go there the staff is SO helpful and accommodating. They’re genuinely nice and willing to answer questions. I will always go out of my way to go to this store!

Terrible customer service. Manager was very rude, it seemed like I was being followed, but nobody offered to help at any time. When I finally asked the woman where to find the specific product I was looking for she started suggesting other products instead like I was incompetent. Very frustrating, just cant believe how rude the staff was during the whole experience.

I am 100% makeup challenged and I went into the store tonight with my daughter to purchase makeup for her upcoming figure skating competition. I was completely lost and clueless until Rebecca thankfully helped us with her entire look and instructed me on how to apply it as well. Were so thankful for the help. What started off as a stressful chore turned into a fun adventure. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE Sephora 💜 but...........come on now. Its completely ridiculous that I cant have a sample of a perfume!!!!!!!! I have soooooo many bottles of perfume, its my fetish 😍 I want a darn sample of the new Lavender Garden, by Gucci so I can use it during work. We own a restaurant, I sweat, some perfume doesnt matchThis is more than ridiculous!!!!!

The nicest workers here. Greet you when you walk in and are so friendly. They really make you feel good about yourself. There is nothing like nice people these days.

I’ve been shade matches before but the shades never quite looked right on me when I got home. My undertone is neutral but foundations can look very orange on me. I was committed to using Fenty but when I couldn’t find my shade Ariel suggested Make Up Forever. He was very patient and even let me stand by the window to look at the shades in natural light. I suggested looking at other brands. However, when I came home and tried swatches of the samples he gave me I realized that the foundation from the brand he suggested was a perfect match. Im really grateful.

This is by far my girlfriends favorite store. She can spend hours here (Im not sure how but she can). This trip she had a bday gift coupon so imagine my surprise when we were in and out in under 5 minutes!

I love the selection of products and the knowledgeable and helpful employees. I had the pleasure of meeting Kat the manager and she set me up with Alyssa to help me with blue eye shadow and I cannot be more appreciative. I had an incredible experience and loved working with Alyssa, she made me feel like a million dollars. While sitting in the chair I heard multiple customers and sales staff walk by and mention how amazing my makeup looked and it was such a great feeling. I highly recommend this location for not only selection but the passion the employees have.

Marisol was the sweetest lady to my sisters and I. I have a Sephora closer to home, but I’d much rather drive to this one instead just for her customer service!

I was in Sephora at PGA Mall and could not believe that the heavy set employee with different color hair was profiling me . I caught her peeping to see if I was stealing when caught she asked I needed help I said no and I walked towards the register she was one step behind me . Shameful and disturbing behavior . Won’t be going back there .

Had an amazing experience last night. They seemed very busy but I approached a male employee with long hair tied back and a face beat to the gods and asked him to please help me find my shade in the Fenty foundation. He took one brief look at me and reached out and grabbed 210, which was a perfect match tanned and suggested 185 if not tanned. I was amazed at his ability to match a shade so easily and his kindness. He also smelled great and was very well put together. I had a great experience and got many compliments at work today on my makeup! Thank you!!

People were rude supply sucked

To be honest I don’t know where to begin. Don’t deal with Marisol an employee at Sephora. She was condescending and she charged us for $82 for powder we never purchased. Unfortunately after doing our research after she pushed the product she claimed what was best ....we than did our research at home and found out that this would have been the worst for my wife’s skin. So she went back to return and that’s when the real attitude begin. You talk about pushy and condescending to my wife which is so unacceptable in this day and age. That’s when we found out she charged us for something we didn’t buy..they totally refunded everything after a long drawn out process. I would hate this to happen to anyonelse.

A lovely store full of great products. I wish the staff seemed a bit more happy. I feel Sephora should look at this and take some notes from Trader Joes a store that has the happiest employees Ive ever encountered!

My experience at this Sephora was fantastic! I had a beauty make over done with Heather, and she was amazing! She was very friendly, knowledgeable about all products and did such a good job with my makeover. Everyone I spoke to at this location was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend coming to this location!

Had no clue what I was doing in there shopping for my wife but the staff was quick to help and advise on which product would be best for Wifeys needs. Got what I needed and was able to check out quickly.

The ladies here tend to always give good advice and be kind. Which is nice considering Ive read otherwise for other locations.

Went in before Christmas so they were packed! Still got personalized help and all my questions answered! The manager was especially kind and helpful! Love this location!

I went in to see if they had the Glam Glow set I had already saw online, as soon as I go in I get the general Hi how are you and if I need help finding anything, I tell her what Im looking for and starts walking me towards it but she doesnt know where it is. Then she asked another girl and that girl is clueless as well then asked another lady and then tells me let me see if we have it online, obviously you have it online thats where I saw it. Overall dont be up your customers ass if you dont what youre doing and dont know where your products are, not every customer enjoys employee of the store behind your ass like you are going to steal something.

Worst experience Ive had in a Sephora store. The employees are extremely rude, they are either watching you like you are about to steal something or nowhere to be found.. and when you ask for something as simple as a sample they all look at your like you are crazy! Never had this issue before. I dont understand why they have to act like they are better than you. Never shopping in that store again. Advice to management: Read the reviews, there is clearly an issue in that store, the employees do not represent Sephora well. They are not welcoming whatsoever.

I had my makeup done by Alyssa and she was amazing (Im very picky and have a hard time with people doing my makeup but she killed it.) The staff is always so helpful. Great store.

I had a major award event and needed a MUA in a hurry. I went online and booked an appt. I specified that I needed someone with experience doing makeup for a black female. Upon arrival, I met Heather. She was warm and professional. I left my appointment feeling like a star;)Thanks Heather. My make-up was everything😘

I had a gift card that came with a complimentary makeover. I used the card over the holidays and when I tried to book for the makeover the same day I used the card the cashier said it’s busy and I wouldn’t be able to get a slot. So today I went by Sephora trying to book for my makeover and to my disbelief I was told by the manager I will have to pay $50 for that because it’s been over moth already. Mind you I already spend $50 of giftccad plus $20.62 extra. I still have the receipt for proof. Now the manager said, I have to pay to get something that came free with the gift. Both the manager and the lady I spoke to were insincere and yes it’s true when you get in the store they follow you around like you about to still something. And I been nothing but a loyal customer at Sephora, but today will be my last day. Not happy at all

The staff here are horrible. Every time I have been in this store I have at least 3 different workers following me around watching my every move like I am trying to steal something. It made me so uncomfortable to the point that I just had to leave. There was a lady with short blonde hair with some blue in it and a red head if I remember correctly that looked my friend and I up and down and just laughed. I wouldnt recommend shopping here you can find a lot of the stuff in Macys. Thats were I go now and dont have to deal with the rude, stalky, and unhelpful staff at this store

One of the most disappointing trips to Sephora I have ever been on. I came in looking for several products I found online on their website and was disappointed to find the items out of stock and not even sold at the store. This store was not well equipped with the products I was looking for and I left defeated and most likely inclined to just order online in the future.
