My favorite store for jewelry and gifts especially with the amazing customer service from the store manager Jacklyn which is always so helpful and sweet! Every time I go into the store she helps me find the perfect piece with her amazing knowledge of all the beautiful products! I always have an incredible shopping experience especially when you’re greeted from someone that makes you feel like a VIP customer which is so hard to find! If I could give 6 stars, I would because the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of this store is above the rest!

My daughter’s boyfriend bought her a diamond tennis bracelet and it snapped off right at the clasp and was no longer wearable. My daughter was heartbroken. We stopped at the Swarovski in the Palm Beach Gardens Mall and spoke with the store manager Jaclyn. She promptly helped us and went completely out of her way to make it up to us. We are forever grateful for her kindness and concern. Best store ever! We will be back soon and hope we see Jaclyn. She’s a real angel!

I called on behalf of one of my works to apologize for the inconvenience that she was under the impression that we were trying to recruit one of her workers, which was not the case. Jackie called back very unprofessionally and did not under the situation. I felt as of the situation could have been handled without the yelling and the tone over the phone. Because when we talked to her worker she had given us her business card under the impression that it was her personal number just to teach her about life insurance nothing more. Once again Jackie the “Store manager” was very unprofessional. And I will be going to corporate

I went to the store to buy a crystal cross for my grandaughter. I was greeted by a rude sales person by the name of “ Agata”. She claimed that Swaroskii doesn’t sell crosses. She said “ this is Swarovski”, like it was Cartier, Tiffany, Bulgari. Obviously, she has no manners nor good training. I have limited pieces from Swarovski. I will never endorse your store nor set foot in one again.

My go to place for gifts for some members of my family. Collecting their Christmas ornaments each year is so great. Fine jewelry is rather nice, also. Great stop-start collecting something soon!

Wow!! Love this store and the sales associates are so friendly and helpful!! They have some gorgeous watches that have just come in and they are Swiss made!!

I spent $370 on a ring there and the palladium coating wore off in 2 months. DIdnt shower with it, dip it in water etc.. They said it was my responsibility and my warranty would only cover stone damage. What a JOKE! I will never buy anything from these guys ever again
