Karen was so helpful & friendly - not only did we purchase a ring & bracelet but she cleaned my 12 year old Pandora🥰

My experience shopping here with my mother was DREADFUL. We were treated like we didn’t belong and I’m assuming it’s because we’re black. Sarah was very rude to us while we waited in line to come in and shop. She scoffed at us that the line starts against the wall like there was a sign for us to read that told us that or we had prior knowledge of it. We ended up making three purchases. All bracelets. Karen was so sweet and helpful and if it weren’t for her we would have left. I paid for the last bracelet with cash and I could hear the manager Aeriel tell her to put the tray away which only had the bracelet I was purchasing on it and the cash to purchase it on it as well. She made us feel very uncomfortable like we were trying to steal something when we clearly had the means the purchase our items. Another instance is where the Caucasian customers had the trays taken out for them to look at different items and we were handed books to browse through, or only given the option to look at the product through the glass. We will never return to this store and I suggest anyone of color not shop here because they make it very clear that you aren’t wanted.

Seriously awful! Ordered and paid for items online. They did not offer curbside and when I went into the mall they had NOTHING set up for online order pick up. I had to wait in line behind people who were shopping in the store even though my items were already bought and paid for. Seriously bad customer service and management. You should let people know BEFORE they order and pay that they are going to have to wait an hour in line to pick up their items. Will never order Pandora again.

I dont recommend you coming here if you are colored. They treat you like if are invisible. Ive been here on multiple occasions and they always give me the same service, which is terrible. Ive always been given the side eye, when clearly I come in to purchase. When I needed assistance, I had to ask multiple times and multiple people because they ignored me and would help others that asked after me. Other friends have been given the same service. After this last visit I will never come to this location again.

I have gone to this location twice with great support and professional treatment. The first occasion I purchased jewelry for my wife and the sales lady provided helpful guidance. The second time my wife took the bracelet for cleaning and she received excellent service as well.

Employees at this store are great! I make the drive up from Delray just to visit this pandora. Colin and Julian are always there to help me and never cease to amaze me with there customer service skills!!

My boyfriend and I went to pick out a charm for his mom (mothers day gift) the ses girl was so sweet! She let us look at countless charms untill we found the perfect one and was very knowledgeable on the different types of braclets and charms ect.
