Love this store, the employees are nice and knowledgeable and the products are beyond amazing... Whenever there is a gift giving occasion this is my top choice for bath bombs and shower bombs... And I personally love the hand repair cream it moisturizes your skin its reasonably priced and you can see results within a few days

This is a great store. First of all they’re cruelty free. Just about everything is as natural as it can get. The staff is phenomenal. I got a tour of all the bubble baths and bath bombs. Staff was knowledgeable and exceptionally personable.Mad em want to by something even though I should be holding off.

Interestingly I never visited LUSH while I was in India, I first visited the local LUSH shop in Gardens Mall, Palm Beach Gardens, FL in early 2020. I went there with some specific queries about the hair and skin products. I was looking for products that supports sensitive skins and I am quite satisfied with the outcome.

Makes great soap. Smells amazingly well. Be careful to keep it in a cool location. Too much heat melt some of their products.

A loyal Lush customer of 20 years ….. I went to this store to top up some of my most favorite items …. I was told I wasn’t welcome to shop there because i didn’t have a mask on. The associate was rude and disrespectful. I won’t be returning to Lush until they lift this ridiculous rule of theirs……. Disappointing

I walked into the mall today and there was just one customer in the lush store soon as I walked into the door the guy that worked there was unfriendly unpleasant and was not nice by any means and snarled at me also he was like you need to do one pump of hand sanitizer which is the rules here at the slush store afterwards I went over and looked at some stuff and he goes oh what are you looking at today would not stop bothering me it was very annoying I felt awkward and he would not leave me alone I will never shop at lush again and they say that their items are fresh their items are not fresh by any means they use synthetic items in their products including SLS and propylene glycol

I absolutely love LUSH for their products and how they are produced. Today, however, I want to shout out to the employees of this location. From the second I walked through the door, they were kind and informative. They were all happy to walk me through all new products and offered me some based on my personal preferences. I was incredibly impressed with their actual knowledge on the products and LUSH history. On top of that, they were just really nice people and an absolute pleasure to talk with. Even if I didn’t love my LUSH products, I’d go back just for the customer service. Absolutely outstanding experience.

My wife and I drove 60 miles to come get a specific soap at our favorite soap store. Its more expensive and we have kids so this is a rare treat. We were asked to leave when we didnt have a mask. No mask was offered. Quite the awkward situation. Ultimately they refused our business.

I love coming into this store, everytime i do the custom service is fantastic. Informative and friendly but not pushy. I wish i could remember names of employees to give credit to but they are all great!

The staff is always super helpful and nice and seem to genuinely love what they do, the products are natural and not diluted by manmade chemicals and theyre against animal testing. I cant find one flaw about this place. Its also funny that when I went shopping there, my friend was so enamored that she started advertising to the other customers and one of them thought she worked there. Thats how good they are.

Great service and amazing vegan products with major consideration for the environment. A bit pricey, but definitely a good value for high quality products.

Great store but very small and usually very crowded. Kind of like being in a bohemian mosh pit of everyone trying to passive aggressively fight their way to the bath bombs, but I feel like that’s kind of the norm for Lush. The selection is good and employees are friendly and helpful but not overbearing.

Love this place! A little pricey but the fact that they strive to be environmentally friendly with less packaging and no animal testing plus vegan and eco friendly.

The staff was friendly and informative. Offered demonstrations on various products and were quick to answer any questions I had. Their bath bombs are amazing and I absolutely love their peppermint lotion!!! Will definitely be back soon.

I had no idea how beautiful this store was going to be until I stepped foot in here. I love the products and there are so many happy and ready to help staff. They make great recommendations and this place is glorious.

Its a unique store presentation and made me tempted to try their products and ended up buying some. i just started using them and it feels amazing .I bought their foundation color base and my skin feels different so soft and natural. i am sure i am going to go again and try their other different products

Ive visited Lush store on May 28 in the Gardens Mall. Talked to John about birthday party on June 4. He said OK, just give us a call when you decide regarding exact time. He also mentioned that he is the one who will host the party. After calling to Lush manager told me that there is no way party can occur on June 4. She mentioned that I actually had to reserve the party 2 weeks ahead and John was incompetent telling me that it is OK to have a party. Now I have people invited and coming for the party and no place for the party.

This is copied from a My review left for the Wellington location since I feel the same way about both the stores.After trying a few lush products I find that the shampoos are very stripping and I’ve tried moisturizing versions. If you’re a 13 year oldGirl with healthy thick hair you canGet away with using their haircare. If you have damage then you might have trouble with stripped hair. Hair masks from lush didn’t work on my dry ends at all. My hair actually looked worse after. I didn’t find the claims of moisture and softness true at all. It’s very expensive too for the lack of results.Lotions are great very moisturizing. I can tell there’s not that much fillers since they’re so thick and moisturizing.My least favorite part of lush is their employees. Now this goes for both locations in PAlm beach gardens and nj (in my experience). I start sweating every time I go in because the girls are super high energy and high strung. After it feels like I ran a marathon. Does lush caffeinate them before their shifts? I don’t know but they don’t let you shop. They ask you so many questions. IDoesn’t corporate realize some people find shopping relaxing? I don’t wanna talk to annoying girls I never met before asking which scent I liked the best. Who cares? Just let me stand there and sniff the perfumes jeez. Let me browse the store in peace. Find something else to do. Some employees ask you a random question then just stand over you like a ghost omg. Now idk if this is part of their loss prevention strategy? Maybe. But they’ve lost me as a customer in their retail locations. It’s not worth my mental health. I will possibly order online from now on.So perhaps instead of standing over customers I wish they were more knowledgeable about their products. At the Wellington location I asked one of the girls if American cream shower gel came with a matching lotion or cream. I was told no. Here at palm beach gardens the girl actually suggested American Pie body conditioner to me. I was very happy to find a matching scent. I know it’s a popular scent bc they were sold out of many sizes of the shower gel but they didn’t know the American pie matches the gel... strangeNo more lush hair care for me. I will keep buying lotions and shower gels though.

Lush is amazing but its changed and sadly not in a good way. Theyve become all about sales and its so sad to see that happen because the products speak for themselves.. The staff is no longer warm and free spirited, just fake and pushy. I dread going in, I do my shopping online now...
