The Shop and Materials are Great but had terrible service from one of the Employees! The guy with the Beard was rude when I told him he brought me the wrong Materials and I told him to if he could get me the right ones gave me attitude like if I was Stupid for wanting the Correct Materials! So I told him to take them all back and left! They need to work on there social skills!

A good place to get material, but I dont know whats going on with the staff working outside. They werent working as a team, and it seemed as if they would hide from customers. I had to help myself.

I was working in Palm Springs on a Friday. I called them in the morning to try and arrange picking up some wall angle for tbar. I spoke with Ken. I called around 3 to let them know I was loading up and heading their way with minutes to spare. They said it was fine and head over. Drove 25 minutes to get there and arrived at 4:01. Gate locked and no answers to call. I called in my way and spoke with billy to update him that in stead of being 2 early I was going to be 1-2 late. He transferred me to his who never picked up. I tried calling no answer. I would not recommend.
