Sent my mother there for assistance with setting up voice message. She was charged $10.00 because phone was purchased through the Boost website... no problem! But, voice message still not working. Service rating at this location negative stars!
This place says it opens at 10am, that’s not true. It’s in a shopping mall that opens at 11am so you won’t even be able to get in. Regardless at 11am there was no one at the kiosk when the open time was 10??? Complete waste of my time so save yours and DO NOT GO THERE.
Good Boost Mobile location. We go here specifically because the guy that runs it is super helpful and honest.
Hours listed as 10am, mall doesnt open till 11am, go figure.Went back at 12:30, no one was even at the kiosk, nor did it appear they were there at all that day. All the display stands were still put away.
Just called in 12/21/18 at 12:50pm and asked a simple question regarding a phone. She said “I’m busy right now”, I said “you can’t answer a simple question”? She said no... go anywhere else...

Dont go here i got a phone nd it didnt work it turns off and whats worse I didnt notice that the phone had a crack in it and when I tried to return it they wouldnt take it back and I only have three days with the phone if I can give this place zero Stars I would👎👎
