Miguel is a great store manager! Never realized there was a verizon store in the desert crossings shopping center if it wasnt for a fat lady screaming over tripping off the stairs from chipotle dropping her food i wouldve never seen it! Got what i needed highly recommend

Brett is very professional and courteous. I came to the store needing to replace my iPhone looking for the best deal. He worked to get me the best stuff, a new iPhone 11 with all the accessories at a great deal. He was so kind while doing all of the stuff you have to do to upgrade, transfer photos and such. He didn’t just stop when I left the store he followed up and made sure everything was going well.I was so happy, I brought my husband back to this store. Hector got my husband a new Orbic flip phone which he is very happy with. I would recommend Brett and Hector at this store as the best in the valley

I walked in with my husband and two boys [1&6yrs old]. The gentleman at the counter asked if we had masks for them, my husband said yes for our oldest and went to turn to grab it and he said for both of them. I stated my youngest who I was carrying was only 1 and he said it was policy. The CDC recommends anyone over the age of 2 because it is UNSAFE for a child that young to have a face covering. When I stated it was unsafe and again said he was only 1 he again said it’s policy. The fact that he completely dismissed my husband and I both and wouldn’t listen to us and refused to let us even explain why we were there is unacceptable. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We walked in intending to purchase an iPad and instead walked out very disappointed with the customer service.

I want to give a shout out, I took my client to this Verizon Wireless store as she wanted to change carriers and get an iPhone. I spoke with Javier and made an appointment to bring my client in. He was SUPER helpful from making the appointment to setting everything up, going over how everything works (until she understood it) and answering any questions and concerns she had. He was very patient with my client who is older. This store has continued to give us support with challenges that come up with the iPhone, whether by phone or in person. Great job!!! Thank you, thank youUpdate: My elder clients iPhone needed several customization for someone that is very impaired site. Javier was very welcoming about bringing the phone in the next day. Javier was busy with another customer and he had us work with Hector He was very very patient and respectful working with my clients several interruptions. He made all the many changes and took the time to explain how to use them a couple times over. All the employees are very helpful. I know great customer service and these employees got it going on. Awesome experience with Javier, store manager. I had switched over my phone plan to Verizon when I came down from Canada at the Twin Falls, Idaho location. This took three hours and my phone still not working! I knew from past experience that tech support was necessary. I explained this to Javier and he listened and understood my dilemma.After following the unusual protocol, he was connected with tech support and 10 minutes later I had a fully functioning phone. YAY! Thanks to Javier, he was great.

September 12, 2018 I went to the Verizon Wireless Store at 72333 Hwy 111 Suite 333E in Palm Desert. Brett kindly waited on me. I told him I was interested in the Samsung S9 cell phone. He went out of his way to explain the phone, and its features. Brett made sure I understood the complete transaction, and also researched any coupons I may have. What I love the most about this particular location is that I leave feeling like my business is truly appreciated there. I just upgraded phones and Javier and Gerrett were amazingly helpful answering all my questions and concerns. I left feeling like I got a great deal on my upgrade. Any time someone asks me about my wireless service I send them to this location, because they are amazing.

After a very bad experience at a franchised store in Indio I will only deal with corporate stores mow. Two screen protectors, one cell phone and the second for a small tablet will set you back a quick $100. Staff at this store were helpful in this regard.

I came here with my fiancee to upgrade and replace his broken phone...I am not a Verizon customer, but I couldnt help but be frustrated for him. The selection of new devices seemed very limited, and the salesman that assisted us, Joseph, seemed extremely under trained (to put it nicely). The other salesman helping customers seemed very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional...the gentleman that worked with us was very much the opposite. He wasnt even knowledgeable of his stock, and offered options that werent available.
