Stopped by today 07/06/19 at 12:30pm. I was the only customer, and the woman there was more into interested on being on her phone than to help me open a new family plan. Bad service and will take my business elsewhere

Customer service at the store is amazing. The employees are very helpful. They take their time. Great variety of accesories and always kind. Always have a smile and help with any type of issues on my phone!!!

Maria at MetroPCS took the time to help my mother and I port her number over from a different carrier.We didnt have all of the info needed but Maria patiently dealt with customer service from my moms previous carrier and Metros customer service. My mom left satisfied and happy, no small feat. Thanks Maria!

The cathedral City location at 99¢ store is fast and efficient. The staff knows what theyre doing and they are friendly as well

Leslie is ClueLess and has Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!!!Needs to be Totally ReTrained!!!And the Number they have on Google is Wrong, goes to a Weird Full Voicemail MSG... How are you Operating a Business and Not know that??? Go Figure!!!
