Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. However, there are improvements that could be made in customer service and the communication system. If you have a warranty, it is the customers responsibility to ensure inspection every 6 months, or the warranty is not valid. Kay Jewelers has this information in their computer system. However, it will not notify you when you are due for inspection. Therefore, a warranty will expire, and you will have to pay for any and all repairs if out of warranty. Would be great if Kay improved their system to really take care of the customers and increase the value of customer service.

Don’t waste your time. Scammers and liars. Christina will lie to you to make a sale. Will tell you one price but when you check your paperwork it’s 3xs the amount. They don’t give you anything to look at or sign except your bank info. Everything is emailed. You go by what they say. If you need to call turn on your caller ID, if they know it’s a customer they won’t answer. Phoned twice to confirm the payment, they wouldn’t answer, turned on caller ID they answered after the second ring. Manager is shady. The whole store needs an attitude adjustment. Never been treated this horrible in my life.

Bought a ring and a band 6 months ago. Since then we have sent it in two separate times for loose diamonds. The first time was one loose diamond, the second time three diamonds were loose. The rings has been at their repair center for 1 of the 5 months since purchased

This is the first time I actually write a review online. That being said you can understand how bad customer service is. The manager is completely dodging me. I have purchased a watch with a warranty. When I received the watch it scratched quite a bit. Week 3 of me waiting for a replacement. Don’t waste your time or energy at this place like i did do yourself a favor.

If I could give no stars I would. I Took my wedding ring in to get resized and a few stones tightened. My ring came back damaged with chips all on the engagement ring part of it. They sent it back, free of charge, in to fix the damages they did to my ring. When I went to pick it up today, the damages were still there as if they didn’t even try fixing what they messed up on my wedding ring. I even compared the pictures from the first damages that they did and realized they were the exact same when I got it back as if they didn’t even try to fix it. Now I will not have my ring for the holiday and having to inconvenience myself with over an hour drive is ridiculous. This is a high end brand name jewelry store so this kind of service and damage repair should have never happened to begin with especially with the amount of money I’m paying.

Did not give me an account number, refuses to provide me with an account number. THEY Switched financial bank that will ONLY speak to you IF you have an account number WITHOUT giving any notification. Now they are affecting my credit and refusing to give me any options to pay them.4 years later EDIT: My credit is good, but because of this business carelessness and refusal to serve, it was affected for years. Just be careful consumers!Im certain if it caused serious damage I could have just sued them so thats my fault for being too busy as an active duty service member.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Since the initial purchase there has been problems. They lack professionalism in their customer service and the “back office” has messed up an order on several occasions. Spend your money somewhere else. Your special someone deserves better.

Worst experience ever!!!! I have been a customer for more thanatos 15 years and never treated like that before! I had a broken 18k white gold necklace to be repaired and when I picked it up it was a different one, thinner and 2 inch longer. Yvette, the new lady there with an attitude, told me is possible I have streched it and there is no solution!!!! I willy not go and purchase from that store again!!!!!

I fist open my account with Kay Jewelers on a road trip in Montebello, it was the best expierance ever! So i decided to go shopping at Kay Jewelers in Palm Desert for mothers day, this obviously was the worst choice ever. Let me put it this way, I should have just done a 2hr drive to Montebello where I could have had a great customer service and the staff would have acknowledge me. I ended up buying 500 dollars worth of product but i regret it so much. I was also going to buy a necklace but a young rude lady told me, basically that it wouldnt look good on me so she didnt sale it too me. Dont waist your time here the people are so rude!!!! I regret it so much! The week after I went to exchange a bracelet and they didnt even aknowlege me because it was an exchange. The younge rude lady from the other day was too busy talking to her boyfriend, the reason I know its because they were holding hands and flirting, and the second lady didnt care about me cuz she wasnt getting any sales out of me so she gaved up. Little did she know I was looking for another ring and a watch but I will go buy from another jewelry store. Sorry dont go to Kay Jewelers in Palm Desert!!!

Just a constant stream of misinformation they say you dont have to pay till January then I get a bill on December. They say its 3,000 with paymens then the bill says 6,000 with payments. They person who helped me was Evan and he seemed more hungry for the sale then give me a hand. All the while I have other people trying to up sale me and arguing over commission just a bunch of salesmen avoid this place like the plauge

It is better to buy in Don Robertos. Here I supposedly had 5,000 credit and out of the blue they charged me 2800. Without signatures or anything just like that, they robbed me and obviously I did not pay but they are damaging my credit. Its amazing the damage they do
