So frustrated ..i understand theres alot going on with covid..but then do not advertise that your stores are open for service or your website for that matter ..6/4/2020 ..i place an order online ..1 bracelet ..4 charms ..it is for a gift.my card was charged 266.67..the next day I was sent an email ..not one single item I ordered is available to be processed ...i contact the stores ..also i contacted a customer service rep just to confirm..but now i am told the bracelet and charms are not available online yet it stated in checkout they were in stockThe email and the customer service rep stated my card was not charged..fast forward 5. Days ...my card still is processing 266.67 (yes debited) as of today and i cannot get anyone from the customer service line to answer ..1 hr 13 minutes and still waiting.Yes I am on hold right now..stuck in the que ..still no answer ..multiple calls to the palm desert California store ..ended with numerous pickups on the 3 ring and immediate hangups..6 calls consecutively to be precise...if you do not value your customers ..why have a customer service line ??...again this is not for me..it is for a gift ....after one more attempt to call the store right .a ring then another hang up.That is 7 calls .still no answer ..I will NEVER place an order with this company again ..i would rather go to Tiffany and pay WAY more money ...but get the customer service that I know is outstanding ..very.disappointed.pandora..by the way..i am still holding on your customer service line as I write this review..1 HR 42 minutes.. Google has your schedule of days and hours that this store is opened..
