There is a total lack of understanding as to the services they provide and no responsibility is taken for their mistakes!I love things remembered! But the palm desert location was so bad it is going to be featured on behind the scenes as an example of the worst possible business practices.You will have a more comfortable experience going to the gynecologist!!!!Dont waste your money and run for your life!

Warm & Welcoming!!!! LOVE IT!Last Thursday, walked in trying to find my Dad the perfect Father Day gift. I was kind of iffy about it at first since the stuff inside looks so elegant. However, I was so relived when the ladies working were so warm and pleasant! I didnt feel that overbearing pressure you get from a jewelry shop! The actual environment in the store is so calm compared to the chaos that goes on through the mall, so I felt so at ease and didnt feel rushed about picking my gift! Their items are so curiously awesome, I totally recommend going there! Im so surprised they have one star??? Their engravements are so breathtaking! DEFINTELY COMING BACK!
