I have bought several beautiful pieces from this wonderful boutique. The designs are modern, colorful, and so interesting! I could spend all day here, chatting with the great staff and knowledgeable owner about the latest ideas in riding and golfing clothes. Love the jewelry! So fun! My daughter was thrilled with her tops and I love the shoes, too. I couldnt ask for a better selection, or more creative staff to help a shopper find just the right item. Such a warm and friendly place!

I was with Beth Ruh. You are not telling the truth, and your video will show it! You are as unprofessional as they come. Disgusting. You asked us for a name and said they said you need one. You rang up our order and actually walked away from us to help someone else! We walked out. You then DID come to the door, leaned out, and yelled to see if we still wanted the ball marker. I said no. We were not arguing about the price of the ball marker. Are you kidding me? We were talking about whether or not my wife should go off on you. I now wish she would have. Better heads prevailed as we left and went across the street (Pete Carlsons) where the people were amazing and we spent way more than your silly little ball marker costs. I cannot believe you are in business. You are rude, unprofessional and appear to be somewhat delusional. People of Palm Desert, this lady gives you a big black mark. Look at her reviews. She has many negative ones. She never acknowledges that she might be wrong, but rather ATTACKS every single person that states something negative. She cannot acknowledge any mistakes. She never does wrong. She is an embarrassment to your community and Chamber of Commerce. Stop patronizing this store . You DESERVE better.

The Online experience is much better than shopping at their store. It is like a totally different story...maybe it is. Really do not have much to offer as Deals...which is what EVERY woman who golfs is after.Guess Palm Springs has a lot of women who want to look Like a golfer..but who do not really look for deals on womens golf apparel.Might think of going to Pete Carlsons across the street if you are looking for Deals.

First class golf shop, really it is for ladies! Great stuff, but we still do not see enough ladies playing golf, someday we will, meanwhile you will have to come visit this place. Its worth the drive we came out from Santa Monica and made a weekend of it in Palm Springs. Listed as A+ by the BBB!

Horrible! I did not believe the reviews but they are true. Garbage product quality. My daughter bought a golf shirt and it shrunk after one wash. On top of that the zipper for one of the compartments of the overpriced golf bag fell off within a month.

After ordering online I got a receipt but after a week I called when I didnt get a tracking number. When I called the guy said let me call you back then after an 90 minutes I called back. The lady told me a tracking email was sent out today and it would arrive within normal shipping days. But I didnt get an email. When I asked why it took so long she said because its a warehouse and it takes a while. But thats not true it was clear they just simply havent filled the order. Rather than accept they made a mistake they lie to a repeat customer. I purchase a gift for my mom each year from the online store. Not again!

This place is overpriced and the owner is a real Bit**. Shes all snooty up in everyones business. Gossip golf not Lady Golf. A simple golf shirt and a pair of mediocre Nike golf shoes and she charged me $569.72. I paid it because I was keeping my friends waiting for out foursome to start on the course already. This woman is absolutely crazy and a price gauger. She doesnt carry a single thing in the store for men......NOTHING AT ALL. its a nice looking store but incredibly over priced and a strange location to be offering the highest price apparel for ladies who golf in the country. So many golf stores around you would be very happy to skip this greedy business owner and shop elsewhere.

Barbie or Karen Cantrell (same person, the owner) is a nasty women with terrible customer service skills. Barbie or Karen Cantrell is a crook. I tried to give this mom and pop store a chance since those style of stores are a dying breed and it bit me in the butt bad. This is one business that the valley wouldnt mind seeing going out of business! Check out the responses from the owner on some of the reviews!! Very comical and sad.

Visiting from WI. Sales lady (tall blonde) was totally rude to us today. Told us we “ could not buy anything unless we gave her our first and last name”. When we refused because it is not necessary to give her any information especially since we were paying with cash, she was very sarcastic to us. While in the middle of our CASH transaction( we gave her the name Joe Smith so we could proceed which she stated I KNOW THAT IS NOT YOUR. NAME), Our sales lady greeted another customer and LEFT US mid transaction to inquire if she could help this new customer find anything. She walked to back of the store leaving us standing at check out counter. We finally had enough and left our purchase sitting on the counter. Sales lady chased us into lot and yelled across the lot at us asking if we still wanted to buy items at counter. Laughable.... “MISTAKE...BIG MISTAKE” to quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman! Skip this snobby place and shop at nearby Pete Carlson’s Golf and Tennis Center where we were treated like royalty and checked out with having to give our first and last name!
