Went to the Palm Desert store, where Lupe showed us various samples. Her knowledge and expertise was obvious. Within 10 minutes she had us ready to purchase. The diamonds are excellent value and the customer service is first class. Zales and Lupe made our day very special. Highly Recommend.

My new go-to jewelry store!I’ve had problems in the past with buying expensive things (luxury cars, jewelry, etc.), despite dressing well for the occasion, and it was such a relief to finally be treated like someone who had money to spend! I was never judged or discouraged from looking at the more expensive pieces. Super thankful for the quality experience, Sylvia was so cordial and helpful. I definitely will be buying my jewelry from here from now on! The diamonds sparkle just as brightly as their customer service!

They have a great selection of jewelry here. I noticed while looking around that Zales has a lot of affordable pieces. I got a birthday gift here and my gf loved it. The lady who helped me was very kind and made sure I was happy with my choice. She showed me around and made recommendations. Definitely will be coming back.

Always friendly, never pretentious. Jillian always goes the extra 10 miles for her customers. Every one of her employees think shes the best, and thats saying a lot from a customer stand point: if the employees arent happy, one can tell. It makes a difference.

I wouldnt recommend this place. We special ordered my fiancés wedding band on the 11th of Oct. Our wedding being on the 31st we were a little hesitant, if it would arrive on time. We were told it would arrive on the 26. I shouldve gone with my gut instinct and said no and looked else where. Its now the 29th. Now we have to go else and look for a wedding band at the last min for my fiancé. We will be returning this ring back once it arrive. These people dont care at all if your ring arrives on time for your wedding. Cant believe were looking for my fiancés wedding band a day before the wedding.

I got lectured over and over about having my ring checked more often. The lady wouldnt let it go, on and on with a high pitched voice. I realize that she may not be able to conceive of a place without a Zales, but military families end up at stations with no reasonably close access to Zales. I didnt appreciate being lectured repeatedly in such a tone. Zales customer service reps should have better manners, especially for service members that dont always have the access to luxury amenities that she does. Definitely not going back. Ill take my chances.

I called today just to get a time frame of when my ring would arrived and she just talked over me before I could say a word and hung up the phone. I’m very disappointed this isn’t right they would hear what the customer needs and then proceed to help them.
