Really nice people who work there, and they have a lot of knowledge. They dont try to push the most expensive mattresses on you (not that theyre that expensive to begin with!); the people helping me actively told me about the discounts they had as well as gave me good recommendations to pair it with.The representative that helped me load the mattresses and bedframe I bought into my vehicle was super nice, and patient with my mother and me. Would happily recommend to anybody.

Don’t go to mattress ranch unless you like sleeping on expensive bricks. Staff was less than helpful, and now after an exchange i seem to have ended up more disappointed than before. With prices like that you’d think at least one would be at all soft.

We went in to Mattress Ranch looking for a new mattress and were greeted immediately by Brad. He was very polite, clean, and knowledgeable about their products. He was very helpful in finding the mattress that would suit my husband and I best for both comfort and price. We were informed about the one year sleep trial, but he helped us pick out the right one, so no need to swap for a different type. Our experience was excellent and Brad was very efficient. We would definitely go back and highly recommended this store. Especially if Brad is working.

Mattress ranch is probably the best mattress store in the valley. After shopping around at a couple other mattress stores their prices are hard to beat for the quality if product. You want to make arrangements in getting the mattress home because if you plan on having it shipped your looking at an additional $80 added onto the price tag.

This is the place. Good selection with wide range of prices. Also, you can to the hillbilly seizure dance once your purchase is finalized.

Ian was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable, but not high pressure at all. We bought three mattresses, the beautiful bamboo sheets, mattress covers and pillows there. All products are super high quality and our sleep has been greatly improved! I would give Ian and Mattress Ranch my highest recommendation!

Sales guy was great, very helpful. I felt like he cared more about helping us than he did about upselling us.

I was interested in geting more sleep with out counting sheep. So I came in for another nite of bliss. I ended up saving more bucks. Although, inwouldne t call it much of a ranch. Most of the mattresses were free grazing in the show room. They seemed free and happy.

Salesman was great. Seemed knowledgable and was easy to work with. Only down was it would be great if they accept PayPal.

Friendly staff, lots of great options.

Walked in today and waited for someone to come help for 10 minutes. No greeting or anyone for that matter. Two other guys walked in and the employee came out of the back and started helping the other two guys immediately. I had to walk out. Was just way to frustrated at that point with the lack of attention or any sort of customer service. The employee that came out of the back saw all of us standing there and didnt even ask who was first.
