JC Penney Photography in Shadow Lake is the worse pictures ever taken. Pics were off centered, objects near by that wasnt caught by the photographer. Photographers had no clue of how to take pictures.

JCP is my go to store for dressier clothes. I found just the right dress for my sons wedding.They would get 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, IF they had been smart enough to keep the fitting room open on the womens end of the building instead of the juniors end of the building. The sweet young things dont have all the aches and pains that older ladies often experience, and could trot back and forth easier and more quickly.

Its a nice store but sadly the cashier left the ink safty pin on my suit jacket and pants. Not sure if its a store issue but becides that it was fine.

I have a lave/hate relationship with this store. My daughters love shopping here but I find it frustrating. There are always sales signs hanging up and displayed on tables but then when you get to the registers, the sales associate tells you that the sale is over. That is such bull. And they dont take no for an answer with their credit card offer either. Also the girls clothes seem to be a whole size smaller than anywhere else I shop.

Good to know they dont care about the health and safety of their employees or customers. There was a cashier coughing and coughing. Then proceeding to take her mask down to wipe her nose on her hand and sleeve! Even if she doesnt have COVID, I dont want whatever she has! I asked a manager why she is allowed to work while she is so sick?! And she shrugged her shoulders at me! Disgusting!!!!!

Best diamond prices around with JC Credit card. Gets you a better price and then pay it off and get your points towards another diamond.

Not a l o t of selection in mens clothing. Sizes in dress shirts run a little small. No dressing rooms open so you have to make an extra trip when something doesnt fit. Wont do a lot of shopping here.

Great store, lost a star today due to no one working in the mens department and there were several guys needing help with suits. I knew what shirt I needed and was able to help them out a bit when it came to questions about a suit.

I went into JC Penney for Sephora and love that it’s inside the store! I don’t have to drive clear across town to get there! Very knowledgeable salespeople. Definitely recommend!!

Are you closing this location? The mens department was way understocked. I went in to look at shoes, but they only had a few pairs and not many sizes of each. You get the feeling this place will not be here for long. If you are looking for anything for men, dont waist your time.

No service anymore, YEARS AGO there were people that worked there to help people, now Im lucky to see ONE person on the floor. Its also impossible to find anything in my size. Very depressing shopping depressing experience.

Ordered Levolor shade for our big window. Ive been waiting since March to get it installed... Covid happened...store shut down...its September and I was tired of waiting...so I went in to store to see about returning it.(There are no installers at this time and it may be October before they replace/rehire the installer.)They would not let me return It...so I installed it myself. I am certainly not a professional installer! But they are up and we do like it, especially because they are motorized!

This store has more inventory than other JC penny store Ive been to in the Omaha area. Its not picked over and I always find the items that I need . Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Its convenient to other stores and makes a great day to go shopping there.

Would have liked to have seen a bigger selection in the big mans area.

Bought a pair of Men’s Levi jeans right before the store closed for COVID and after wearing them 2 times they ripped so I took them back today with no receipt just wanting to exchange them for another pair but wouldn’t even give me the value of the jeans only gave me 11 dollars and change for them. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

Sad...just sad! No wonder this retailer is going out of business! Junky clothes that are barely on trend for 4 times the cost of what they are worth.

The place was clean. My cashier didnt look and sound enthused about being there. The prices for the items we were looking for wasnt too bad, though the selection wasnt as appealing. Overall, Id give it a B+.

There was a pricing question on an item that we took to the cashier. Our cashier left his post and went back to check out the discrepancy and took care of it immediately. That was impressive to us! That kind of customer service is rare these days!

First time back in store since COVID hit. Store was clean with social distancing measures in place but not very busy. Some sales going on, but not great. I was able to get what I needed and was in and out.

Pretty nice organized and associates actually want to help you out. One down side of that its pretty pricey. However there is items that sell pretty cheap to you just have to find them. Went on Black Friday, which I dont recommend unless you absolutely want to score amazing deals. It was insanity.That said, we found exactly what we wanted and got fantastic prices on mens semi-formal wear and shoes. We paid far less for a good quality, comfortable pair of shoes than wr would have paid if it was any other day of the year. So if you can handle the madness of Black Friday shopping, this is a great place to score some deals on higher quality items.

Great place to by business cloths and comfortable business shoes at a great price.This is where a purchased both of my nice watches, as well as my wifes nice watch, because they have great prices. Most of the watches are almost always on sale at JC Penneys. You may have to ask if there is a discount, because they usually do not mark the discount anywhere.

Good sales. This store is convenient for me. The only down side is that the sales clerks try to get me to sign up for a credit card *every time* I purchase something here.

Ive been shopping at Penneys pretty much my entire life. Today was a true disappointment though. Even though I have had my watch battery changed at a Pennys most recently, in fact they have me a punch card that gets you a free replacement on your fourth battery, when I stopped into this location they refused to change my battery. I was told it was against their policy. Im sure that JC would be proud that taking care of the customer is no longer a cornerstone of his business.

The Big And Tall area only had one pant with my size which is very popular. In the length most of the pants that were there were all 29 length. Most Big men are much taller. Dressing room was clean. My pants didnt have a price on them so it took about 15 minutes to get checked out. The check out ladies were awesome. They talked to me while I was waiting which made it a lot easier to deal with. Sale sign stated items were 70% off marked price but at register employee said the marked prices were already discounted. Was very confusing for shoppers. Wasnt worth arguing with an 18 year old cashier over so left without making any purchase

Ordered a huge amount of clothing for my daughter who lives in Nebraska and two of the shirts didn’t fit. Sent her back to Penneys with the shirts that didn’t fit so she could get some that fit. The little person behind the returns desk refunded the money to my charge card instead of allowing her to exchange them. They said they’d help us out and I had a conversation with someone on the phone… They couldn’t get it to work what a huge waste of my daughters time that she doesn’t have (I’m trying hard to be a waste free household this will be an easy one I don’t think I’m shopping at Penneys anymore

Bought a dress for my daughters wedding and I was so happy that it was beautiful and 75% off. I paid $40 for a formal for an October wedding. $160 dress

Wanted some boots that was advertised. Went to store to find nothing but dress shoes and misc. shoes. No work boots. I ask this young man where the work boots were. He told me that I would have to order them from the web site. Big waist of time. Stores do not stock 1/2 the items they advertise. Took 4 weeks to get the boots. I used to purchase the same boots at Sears and they were made in America, now they come from Guatemala. No wonder the good retail stores are going under. Why dont they just call themselves JCPenney Out of Country Sales! So sad.

I dont like the quality of JC Penneys clothing since their revamp. They used to carry much higher quality clothing. I used to shop at Penneys frequently for clothing but no longer do so. It is also confusing when they send coupons as they put so many restrictions in what they can be used for that its not worth the hassle. Miss the old Penneys.

Store was clean but not a great selection in sizes for little girls in size 7. Some of the clothing was to mature with off shoulder sleeves and sleeves with holes. So I did not buy anything today.

Returned a curtain rod with broken ends and they were great! Having mystery coupon this weekend that they give you when you walk in door. When you reveal your coupon can be 20%, 30%, or 40% off.

I was fairly disappointed that it is a masks suggested building, not a mask required building. The number of people wearing masks was about 1 and 10 compared to the others that were not wearing mask.

JC Penny offers many good clothing brands including Stafford for men. The selection is more limited at this location because the store format is a smaller size. Additionally, the store aisles at this location are overcrowded with merchandise which makes moving through the store difficult.

They had some great bonus sales before Christmas, even their jewelry was on sale, so I got the Disney Princess Belle ring I wanted for a fraction of the price!
