What makes this Sephora better than the others is the great costumer service.

Customer service was the absolute worst. Staff not well versed in the Klarna and Afterpay apps, resulting in the customer being billed incorrectly for purchases. So disappointed.

Im addicted so my reviews for Sephora are biased. I love them. The only thing they can improve upon is being a rouge member I get so many perks online. At the store I have to ask for my freebies. Its like they resent it when I do which I dont understand. If I spend more than 1k a year and buy so much from you, wouldnt you want to give me the same benefits at the store that I get online?

I dont buy anything there. But my wife and my daughter love the place.

All the girls are super friendly especially the floor manager! She assisted me through my purchase, answered all my questions, gave me make up tips! Just great!

If I could rate this place more than five stars I would the staff is so friendly super helpful I literally had five people asking if I need help. Great service makes you want to spend money! This location has literally everything it beats the King of Prussia location.

One of the better Sephoras Ive been to. Maybe its because I went on a weekday, but the place was calm, the service was fast, and the employees were pleasant (unlike at some other locations!) Also it was super clean inside.

Stephanie B. was my skin care expert and gave me a PERK facial. She has a gentle touch and an overall calming demeanor.She seemed to be the person that everyone was going to for skincare advice. My skin was left feeling super clean and glowy without much redness at all. Cant wait for my next treatment with Stephanie!

This store is always complete chaos. I have gotten matched wrong twice for my concealer so when I met Danny who took his time to help match me correctly and help me find a primer I needed, I had to shout him our. This kid is patient, kind, honest about products and extremely helpful. If you come here, ask for Danny with the the purple hair❤️

Blair was so awesome. She had this great energy with her team and could truly feel her leadership. I forgot my credit card and my Apple Pay wasn’t working and she went above and beyond to figure out a way for me to walk out with my purchase (ended up buying a gift card online). Super nice and genuine and for that I will be back! Thanks girl!

Not realy a good service

Wide variety of cosmetic products and afforadble prices. The makeup artists however need to be more willing to help. When you ask them for help it feels as though they are being bothered. Or, they assume you are not a big sell and ignore you. I go for the products not the customer service. The guys who cash are way more friendly and informative about products than people on the sales floor.

The store was ORGANIZED and clean.

It was nice and organized. When I couldnt find one of the bases I was looking for, one of the girls helped me out. They are kind and friendly. One little thing, when the cashier realized I dont live here, her face changed completely and stopped that welcome aura she had going on. Eventhough, It really doesnt matter, I noticed that, and it makes me wonder. Hahah

Completely Horrible!!! When for a color watch and received a color darker than my natural shade. When asked if they could double check they did a quick match check and said yes that’s the color. Truth be told it was NOT the correct match.

The man who assisted me was so nice and helpful. He helped me find and try on my perfect shade in the Anastasia Brow Gel. I bought the color he tried on me, as well as the clear one.

I typically stop by at least once a week, and the representatives are always great. I live in the area which has 3 Sephoras close to my home, but I chose to visit this specific Sephora store because of the customer service reviews. Sure enough as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. They have a amazing selection, a little expensive but the quality is well worth every dime.

I’ve had two incidents which cause me my to rate them with one star. Not all employees but a few need training on customer service. One incident was when I went to shop for a eyelash enhancer. I asked an employee to assist me and I changed my mind and did not purchase the item. As I went to pay for the other item she asked me about the product which I said I didn’t purchase and put down somewhere. The store was closing so it was quiet and she asked me in front of everyone to take her to where I put it. Somewhat accusing me of taking the product which I didn’t. I went back to where I placed the item and proved her wrong. I was quite embarrassed and I told the manager who was by the door what had occurred. As I walked out of the store I turned around and she had a smirk and rolled her eyes. So I then called corporate and told them about the incident. So the main manager of the store apologized of what had occurred and offered me a free makeover. As I called and accepted the offer about three weeks later they did not recall offering me the offer. So I just disregarded it. Another incident was when I purchased eyelashes and requested for them to be out on me. The person l approached said there was no one available without even checking which I thought was a lie. So this Sephora is by far the worst in my books.

I like that they have mini makeup products by the cash register. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

Tried to get samples of skin care products, they sent me back to the skin care stand and I waited 15/20 minutes for the skincare person to help me, but when she finished with the previous customer she had one of the regular employees help me. Also it says that there is a complimentary 15 minute mini facial, the sign said walk ins welcome, and when it asked they said it was by appointment only. Nothing about being booked for the day, just that they could only do it by appointment. To top it off, they didnt have one of the products I wanted a sample of, even though on the interactive device I checked off only products that were in the store.

If i could give this store no stars I would, theyre racist and wont help you until you open the draws ! NEVER AGAIN

Another store that the employees are trying hard to be the it people ! Customer service here sucks! If you ask for specific information on foundations i.e.cover fx they dont even know anything! She had to look on the box to find out if it was fragrance free! As a makeup store employees, you should be knowledgeable about which products have what or at least find it interesting to help customers and not brush them off like what this young kid did cause she didnt know anything at all! So dont expect help instead research before you go and only thing I like is if it doesnt work, you can return them with full refund.

¡If you really want to know how is Sephora in garden state plaza, I suggest to not hesitate and read this if you want to be informed!I’ve been to this Sephora in garden state plaza 2 times. And I have wasted quite a big amount of money in cosmetics believe it or not!My first time, was quite not a good one. I asked the ladies that work in Sephora to help me, find my tone for a dior foundation, the lady she had an attitude wasn’t smiling, wasn’t in a good mood. I asked her are you sure this is my shade because the lights there can be deceiving and she said, “ YES” like she was accenting the yes to me like if she was annoyed. And i bought other stuff and the foundation. I find it funny how the ones that are in the cashier are more friendly one lady asked me did I find everything okay I said,” not really the lady gave me attitude and then when I asked her for help she left me hanging there for a good 20 minutes and yet i would see her walking around like nothing” so for that unpleasant visit she gave me free makeup samplesThe second time I went which was 3 days ago, the lady I asked her what is the best contour that you guys have right now she told me it was the fenty beauty contour stick, she shows me the sample and puts a little in my hand and expects me to know that that is the tone of contour I need for my skin tone, ( and yes i don’t know what color of contour I need which is why I am writing this) because I don’t know they are supposed to know the tones and what they need.So I don’t know if I’ll go back again and buy, but yes that was my experience....

If your not sure where or who to go too. I just have too rave about LALA! She saved my life today in need of make up for an important dinner tonight. I have high pigmented combination textured senstitve skin and always have the hardest time finding the right concealer, foundation etc. She stuck it out with me until we found the perfect match for my skin and it was perfection! She is locked in for every event I have in the future. Im not dark Im not medium skin complexion I usually have too mix foundations to get the right match and she has taught me what works for ym skin tone. Thank you Lala
