Store is very clean. There is staff avaible to great and assist you. There is a large selection in the new and sales sections. I saw more interesting styles there than in other stores in the mall.

Cute store. I always love just walking around and looking at whats trending nowadays.

Horrible experience- A Saleswoman questioned if I was going to buy a scarf I was holding in my hands. Only after following and watching me- Low and Behold it was my personal scarf I decided to take off while walking around due to me getting too warm. I was terribly disappointed. Train your staff better to not just watch particular persons.

This location has a very cool style and is a multiple level store. It has a lot of cool clothing and some old school brands that were big back in the day. They have some neat home items and accessories. Their rose scented perfume was a great find and is priced very well. I was disappointed by the amount of vinyl records this location has. There was a small amount of records near the check out and a box in the clearance room with some. I can only guess the rent is to high for the square footage of having a larger vinyl area.

Food & Service were AMAZING!Their steaks are over the top with flavor & oh so delicious!

Always a good experience here. My kid always finds something.

Its pretty standard for Urban, but it was clean and they had a good selection. I didnt find anything that was quite right for me, but my sister had a good time looking around. I was pleased by their record selection, but was unpleased that they didnt have any clearance items for guys.

I bought two t shirts and a novelty mug that looks like kramer from seinfelds head. Total cost: $ 4,500

The clothing is targeted towards teens and young adults. It is very pricey. You can really appreciate the atmosphere and aesthetics of the store while shopping. You can find little trendy trinkets as well.

Love urban outfitters but what happened? They have a really great selection but the prices have gone through the roof. Its become extremely expensive and they have an awful sale section.

Love this store because of the diverse merchandise offered. Clothing of course is offered mostly, but they also have lots of different cool stuff. Great employees who are friendly and a nice young, hip vibe make it a pleasant experience to shop or browse here.

This place is ok. Kind of small but still packs everything in. My wife loves it, and at least there is some products I can shop for. I spend my time looking at the vintage style tshirts on offer, and any knick-knacks they have. Gotten a few last minute cute gifts from here. Also, I like they do offer an easy access elevator downstairs, as my wife has bad knees

Personally, Urban Outfitters for me has always been a hit or miss. Though the store has plenty of options and is always organized, my body type can be difficult to shop for. However, Kelly was so so SO helpful in finding me some awesome options! When I first asked her for some guidance on finding pants, she went above and beyond by showing me around the store and giving me a rundown of all my choices. I ended up leaving with some super cute bottoms. Like I said, Urban can be a hit or miss depending on your body type/level of self confidence, but when it hits, it hits!

Love this store but so cant afford it! the things they have are very pretty and i would love to be able to go shopping here more often but its a little too out of my price range.

Good store but has a lined selection of men’s clothes and the clearance section is way smaller than it used to be. The prices of normal are way more expensive than many competitors like zumies. I like the store but it’s just way more expensive than other stores for it to make sence for me to buy from here. It’s just the urban outfitters premium tax

Place is super aesthetically pleasing and the staff are super helpful. Only issue is the pricing of the clothes: very pricey for a product that doesnt always last. Knick knacks are super trendy and in the vein of current fashions.

There was an optician stand in Urban outfitters. Her price for glasses are very reasonable, and she has varieties of glasses.

The store itself was clean and neat. Just not loving what they currently have to offer.

Best selection I’ve seen compared to other Urban’s - clothes, iconic graphic shirts, vinyl selection, etc. (didn’t really check out their home decorations). Very friendly staff too - not bothersome but helpful and they always go searching for things to put on hold for me when I call ahead 🙏🏻. I’ll be back again.

Ran in and grab a quick gift addition for my boss, however while the customer service was on par, their register was having serious technical issues a d thus created a wait and I was informed its normal. Please get it together.

Overpriced store

Kind of confusing and laid out weird. Overpriced but had the only pants I liked in the whole mall.

The woman at the Tortoise and Blonde cart in the store is incredibly rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Will ignore a customer speaking to her to look at her phone. Will also up sell without informing the customer. Pure rip off.
