I love this store, I can usually find the items I want and It smells delicious. My only complaint is that presently they are understaffed.

Shop here every couple months. Love their foaming soaps with all the different fragrances. Generally wait till they are on sale and buy 5 or so, depending on the sale of the moment. Also buy the White Barn Wildflower fragrance replacements for the wall plug in units. Again I buy a bunch when they go on sale. Also at Christmas time this is a good store to buy stocking stuffers soaps, lotions and body washes, etc.Friendly and helpful sales staff.

I came to this location to see if they had a specific candle holder that was almost sold out in pretty much every location near me. I don’t know who the manger is here but an amazing employee named Tabitha helped me went out of her way to look in the back which most of the times they wouldn’t do that for me I was so thankful she helped me she was so nice and made my experience 1000 times better than I usual she should be promoted to manager if she isn’t already!

This store has a variety of items to choose from whether its lotion or perfumes or soap. The deals and sales are just wonderful and you most likely wont find them in similar stores. The employees help you as soon as you get in and are just full of joy and spirit. If they cant help you locate what youre looking for then be rest assured that they did what they could to the fullest of their ability.

Staff was very helpful and kind! They helped me pick out a cologne which suited me very well! This chain usually is associated with female scents, but they also have a lot of male colognes, body washes, and lotions! Highly recommend this chain, its employees, and its stores!

I love this place! The scents smell really good and lady very long! Everything is good quality, the prices are great for this quality!

They have a lot of sweet smelling products here. None of them were too sweet for my taste, and the range of sweetness varies greatly. There were very few non-sweet scented products, but thats to be expected.

Friendly & helpful staff, good selection, pleasant experience each time.Last visit I had, Rina was especially great- very attentive and friendly, helped me find what I needed. That kind of service makes all the difference to me, which is why I like to give credit to those who were helpful. This is where I go now, for my wallflowers and certain favorite lotions. Kudos!

OBSESSED WITH THEIR SCENTED CANDLES! THEY HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF SCENTS AND THEY BURN AND GIVE OFF A LOT OF FRAGRANCE IN YOUR HOME. WORTH THE NORMAL 12 DOLLARS PER CANDLE. ONE GENERALLY BURNS FOR 3-4 DAYS IF YOU BURN THEM STRAIGHT IF NOT, IM SURE THEY WILL LAST LONGER. THE JARS ARE NICE AND I USE THE COVERS FOR COASTERS WHEN THE CANDLES ARE DONE,THE CANDLE JAR WITH LEFT OVER WAX FOR INSCENTS HOLDERS. ANYTIME I CAN GET A MULTI USE OUT OF MY DOLLARS I AM EXCITED AND WILL RETURN!

Customer Service Representative, was not helpful at all, certain customers I notice get coupons in mail or by email. Manager is very silly and unprofessional, when I watched customers use coupons, from there phones, she saying it must be by email. Upon having cashier and manager check, my email was in the system. Manager giving me some lame excuse about certain email probably not being put in system and kicked out due to overload, been a customer for a long time. Know more about all, locations then her. This store have moved around in the mall, have never had any problems until tonight. I maded manager aware I will be posting a negative review, she welcome it. With a nice juicy laugh, glad she is not manager of my store. I hope she is happy now, Garden State Plaza Mall.

The candles smell amazing but they must be using cheaper ingredients because the candles burn out in half the time.

This place has expanded also to White Barn. They always have really good products here! Its cramped though and they really fill up the space. Almost too much, but they make it work.

Is always a good experience to shop at this store. Great variety of items. Good prices.

The staff was pleasant

When I asked for a second bag to split the items I bought, the cashier (Sofia) got mad and told me that she has very limited number of paper bags. She refused to split the items insisting that the one bag would not rip. Very bad experience. Bath and body works should train their staff appropriately for better customer service!

Rude employees (especially african american ones) you should teach them how to be nice and say hi have a good day and smile they are not giving us free products we are paying plus stop waching people like they are thieves . i have been there yesterday and it was really really bad experience .

Like any Bath & Body Works. Smells overwhelming and its deceptively expensive. Theyre always doing buy 2 get 1 free type sales, so I always end up buying things I dont need. The staff is really friendly and helpful, but the line can take forever, even when theres only one person ahead of you.
